Engineering Services – Stör-Wasserstraße (Stw) – Replacement Construction Of The Banzkow Weir With New Construction Of A Fish Pass System. Planning Ready For Execution, Preparation Of Construction Contract. The Contract Includes Planning Services For The Dismantling And Replacement Construction Of The Weir In Banzkow (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania) With The Construction Of A New Fish Pass (Faa) And The Associated Outdoor Facilities. The Aim Is To Build Functional Systems To Ensure The Damming And Navigability Of The Stw And For Flood Control, To Restore Ecological Continuity At The Banzkow Barrage And To Ensure The Operation And Maintenance Of The Engineering Structures. The Wsvs Own Weir (Stw Km 10.90) Is Located In The Approximately 1.3 Km Long Weir Arm, The So-Called Mühlengraben. The Single-Span Weir, Built In 1926 And Partially Renovated In 1975, Was Included In The Wsvs List Of System-Critical Structures With The Highest Priority Due To Its Very Poor State Of Preservation And Must Be Replaced At Short Notice.
