Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services - Garbage Collection And Disposal Of Household Waste And Maintenance Of The Cleanliness Of The Territories For Public Use In The Town Of Elhovo And The Populated Areas On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Elhovo And Other Urbanized Territories. Within The Framework Of The Order, The Contractor Should Organize And Carry Out Servicing Of The Vessels For Collecting Household Waste And Transporting The Collected Waste To The Regional Landfill For Non-Hazardous Waste In The Area Of ​​The Village Of Dobrich, Municipality Of Elhovo. The Waste Collected By The Contractor Will Be Transported For Disposal According To A Schedule Determined By The Contractor And Frequency Of Removal Determined Annually By Order Of The Mayor Of The Municipality Of Elhovo. Within The Framework Of The Order, The Contractor Should Not Allow Garbage To Be Retained In The Containers And Ensure Compliance With The Sanitary And Hygienic Conditions By Washing And Disinfecting (At Least Twice A Year During The Summer Period) - Containers - 1100 L. (Type Beaver, Type Crate) And Plastic Buckets 360 L. The Contractor Is Required To Provide 2,870 (Two Thousand Eight Hundred And Seventy) 120 L Containers For Domestic Waste, Without Purchase, Which Will Be Used Free Of Charge Only For The Duration Of The Contract. After The Placement Of The Vessels, A Handover Protocol Is Signed By Representatives Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Respectively, In Which The Location Of The Vessels Along The Street Network Of The Relevant Settlement Is Indicated. Any Other Changes In The Location Of The Vessels, Including The Increase Or Decrease Of The Same Occurs After Prior Agreement By The Representatives Of Both Parties. The Contractor Is Required To Keep All Household Waste Receptacles In A Good State Of Maintenance, Repair, Appearance And Hygiene. If Garbage Containers Are Found To Be Damaged, Preventing Their Operation, The Participant Chosen As Contractor Is Obliged To Repair And/Or Restore Them In A Timely Manner At His Own Expense. The Repair Is Organized In A Way That Does Not Interfere With The Performance Or Quality Of The Services. Broken Or Damaged Waste Receptacles Must Be Repaired Within 5 Working Days Of The Occurrence Of The Damage And Replaced With Other Rotable Ones For The Period Of Repair.
