The Target Of The Procurement Is A Service Provider That Supports The Development Of Models For Elderly Customer Path Planning, Competence Strengthening And Implementation Support. The Acquisition Promotes Development Work, The Goal Of Which Is To Develop And Implement A Comprehensive Customer Path That Crosses The Industries Of The Kymenlaakso Welfare Area To Services According To The Needs Of The Elderly Customer: Emergency Room, Basic Ward Care, Discharge Unit, Home Care And Rehabilitation Services. The Productivity Benefit Consists Entirely Of The Fact That The Elderly Person Is In A Service That Meets His Needs In A Timely Manner, Which Results In, For Example, A Decrease In The Number Of Patients Queuing From Primary Care Wards To Social Services. The Aforementioned Development Work Is Carried Out In Close Cooperation With The Services Of The Kymenlaakso Welfare Area And The Projects Project Coordinator. As The End Product Of The Project, A Customer Path Has Been Modeled As A Collaboration Between The Service Provider And The Services Of The Kymenlaakso Welfare Area, And The Related Know-How Has Been Implemented As Part Of The Services Of The Welfare Area. In Addition To Developing The Customer Path, The Service Provider Works In The Customer Interface To Support The Strengthening Of Our Own Personnels Evaluation And Rehabilitation Skills In The Implementation Of Daily Work. The Customer Path And The Expertise It Requires Will Remain Available To The Organization After The Acquisition Is Completed.
