In Order To Achieve The Objective Of This Contract And Ensure The Functionality Of The Entire Photovoltaic Panel System, The Minimum Necessary Activities Will Be Carried Out According To The Legislation In Force, As Follows: - Elaboration Of Technical Documentation For Obtaining Approvals, Agreements And Authorizations (Including Supporting Documentation For Approval); - Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of Construction Works, - Technical Documentation For Organizing The Execution Of The Works; - Technical Execution Project, Specifications, Execution Details; - Technical Assistance During The Execution Of The Works Until The Final Reception Of The Works; - Execution Of Works; - Preparation Of The Post-Execution Documentation, Which Will Include All The Site Provisions And The Changes Made During The Execution Of The Works; - Preparation Of The Construction Technical Book; - Ensuring The Guarantee Of Good Execution. The Minimum Duration Of The Warranty Period Will Be At Least 5 Years (60 Months).
