District-Heating Mains Construction Work - Design Services And Execution Of Works For The Objective: Increasing Energy Production From Geothermal Resources By Realizing/Modernizing Production Capacities And Transport Networks - Distribution Of Thermal Energy From Geothermal Energy. According To The Attached Specifications. The Beneficiarys Requirements Specify The Purpose, Coverage Area, Design Requirements, As Well As Other Technical Criteria Regarding The Works. The Design And Execution Of The Works By The Contractor Shall Comply With The Beneficiarys Requirements. Design Services And Execution Of Works For The Objective: Increasing Energy Production From Geothermal Resources By Realizing/Modernizing Production Capacities And Transport Networks - Distribution Of Thermal Energy From Geothermal Energy The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Following Activities: A. Approvals And Authorizations • Procedures (Drawing Up Documentation + Handing Them Over To The Beneficiary) For Obtaining All The Approvals From The Utility Owners And The Necessary Authorizations From All The National Authorities Whose Legislation Requires This, For All Phases Of The Contract. • Completion Of All Expertise/Documentation Necessary For Carrying Out The Works Under Legal Conditions And Their Inclusion In The Rules And Regulations In Force. B. Design • Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Building Permit (Dtac); • Documentation For Obtaining The Iscir Preliminary Approval For The Pipes That Are Under The Scope Of The Iscir (If Applicable); • Documentation And Expertise Required And Required By The Legislation And Regulations In The Field In Force, As Well As Any Other Expertise Requested By The State Authorities; • Technical Project And Execution Details; • The Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Utility Connection Notices (Electricity, Water, Sewer) Of The Borehole Water Treatment Station, Geothermal Wells And All Thermal Points; • Own Health And Safety Plan At Work; • As-Built Documentation, Containing The Newly Designed Networks And All The Coexistence Encountered During The Execution Of The Works; • Technical Book Of The Investment (Machinery, Equipment, Etc.); • Operation And Maintenance Manuals; • Environmental Management Plan; • Technical Expertise. C. Technical Assistance From The Designer • Participation In The Control Phases Provided For In The Work Quality Control Plan; • Issuing Technical Solutions, Clarifications Or Clarifications Related To The Application Of The Technical Project In Accordance With The Situation On The Ground; • On-Site Monitoring Of Execution Works; • Issuing Construction Site Regulations; • Current Checks And Controls That Are Performed When Traveling To The Construction Site; • Elaboration Of Modifying Plans Due To The Situation In The Field; • Moving To The Construction Site Whenever This Is Justified; • Preparation Of The Designers Presentation Report On How The Work Was Executed, At The Reception At The End Of The Work; • Any Other Activity That Is Provided For In The Legislation In Force Regarding Technical Assistance From The Designer And Was Not Specified In The Documentation.
