The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Construction Of Pavilion C03 In The Bohunice University Campus, Kamenice 753/5, 625 00 Brno - Bohunice. The Pavilion Will Be Adapted For The Activities Of The Creatic Research Center. The Constructed Laboratory Premises Will Be Operated In The Gmp (Good Manufacturing Practice) Regime And Research, Development And Production Of Medicines Will Take Place In Them. The Reconstruction Will Mainly Consist Of The Following Activities: Demolition Of Unsuitable Premises, Partial Dismantling Of The Buildings Technical Equipment (Zti, Hvac, Electrical Installation, Mar, Bms, Etc.), A New Construction Solution For The Interior Spaces, Including New Technical Equipment Of The Buildings In The Interior And On The Roof Of The Building And Related Construction Works, Including The Addition Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure With A New Substation And A Diesel Generator. Newly Built K Class Laboratory Spaces Will Be Made Of Sdk Partitions, Clean Spaces (Class A, B, C And D Classification) Will Be Built Of Metal Sandwich Panels. The Construction Work Will Take Place During The Simultaneous Operation Of The Existing Laboratories With Clean Rooms In The 3Rd Floor. The Course Also Includes Validation Of Clean Rooms According To Eu Gmp Rules And Cooperation In The Delivery Of Technological Equipment.
