The Order Includes In Particular: The Service Includes The Consultants Duties In Accordance With The Agreement, Based On The Gtc And Swk, In Particular: - Supervising The Design, Verifying The Design Documentation, Its Completeness, Mutual Compliance, Verifying The Results Of Control Calculations In Order To Find Possible Errors, - Management, Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Works Until The Date Of Issuance Of The Final Payment Certificate, - Conducting Information And Promotional Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project And Cooperation In This Respect With The Ordering Party, Including, Among Others, With The Branch Director, Project Manager And The Communication Position In The Gddkia Branch And The Contractors Representatives, - Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Arising From Eu Procedures And Cooperation In This Respect With Gddkia Services, - Fulfilling Obligations Arising From The Procedures Contained In The Applicable Requirements/Guidelines Regarding Co-Financed Investments From Eu Funds And Current Procedures Of The Beneficiary Of Projects For Opi&E (Or Procedures That Will Be Applied In The Next Eu Perspective), - Provision Of Investor Supervision Services Over The Implementation Of Construction Works And Participation In Warranty Inspections And Supervising The Removal Of Any Faults/Defects Identified In Warranty Inspections, In Under The Concluded Contract, - Supporting The Ordering Party As A Loyal And Conscientious Advisor In All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project, - Supervising Design Work And Works In The Field Of Additional Tasks Necessary To Perform The Project Arising During The Implementation Of The Contract - Granted On The Basis Of The Public Procurement Law , - Constant Monitoring, Conducting And Resolving Matters Related To The Proper Execution By Individual Contractors Of The Contractors Documents And Construction Works At The Junction Of Neighboring Contracts, As Well As Close Cooperation With The Consultants Teams Supervising Neighboring Investments - As A Result Of Which The Consultant Will Be Obliged To Develop The Principles And Method Of Proper Execution Of The Contractors Documents And Construction Works. If Necessary, The Ordering Party Will Appoint A Lead Consultant To Handle The Coordination Between The Projects. The Total Estimated Order Of Magnitude Order Value Is Over €143,000. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.
