Canteen Equipment - Public Tender Of Counters And Mobile Counters As Well As Mobile Equipment For Region North Jutland - Re-Tender Sub-Agreement 3: E195-5C: Mobile Counters. Mobile Disks And Mobile Equipment For Departments. The Tender Concerns Deliveries/Purchases Of Equipment For New Aalborg University Hospital (Hereafter Referred To As Nau). Reference Is Made To The Draft Contract With Annexes For A Detailed Description Of Requirements And Terms. The Offer Configuration Of The Delivery Is Specified In The Offer List (Appendix B). The Contract Configuration Cf. 5.1 In The Draft Contract, Includes The Final Equipment Configuration That The Ordering Party Puts Together On The Basis Of The Winning Tenderers Tender Configuration. The Contract Configuration Is Determined At The Time Of Contract Signature, But This May Also Subsequently Be Subject To Regulation Of The Purchase By +/- 20% Of The Value Of The Offer Configuration, Cf. Draft Contract Point 5.1. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Purchase The Contract Configuration Cf. 5.1 In The Draft Contract. For More Information On The Contract Configuration, Refer To The Draft Contract Section 5.1. After The Tender, A Contract Will Be Entered Into With A Single Supplier Part Agreement 3: E195-5C. The Winning Bidder Must Deliver Operation And Maintenance Manuals For All The Products Covered By The Bid List (Appendix B) When Installing The Products. Tenderers Are Made Aware That The Safety And Health Plan (Pss) Is Expected To Be Revised Continuously During The Contract Period, And That It Will Be The Safety And Health Plan In Force At All Times That Will Apply. Pss Is Included As Part Of The Delivery And Installation Conditions. The Draft Contract Contains Provisions On Fines. Refer To The Draft Contract For Details. The Draft Contract Includes Guarantees For Various Parts Of The Delivery. Refer To The Draft Contract For Details. For Sub-Agreement 5C – Mobile Disks And Mobile Equipment For Departments, Attention Is Also Drawn To The Fact That, No Later Than 6 Weeks After The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Winning Bidder Must Set Up A 1:1 Mock-Up Of The Mobile Disk (Item 5C.1 In Appendix B Tender List) For A Visual Test At Ordering Party, Cf. Draft Contract Section 5.7.
