Identification Of Entitled Persons (Eps) And Render Assistance To Eps To Participate In Grievance Redress Committee (Grc), Preparation Of Ep File, Preparation And Issuance Of Entitlement Card, Preparation Of Payment Statement Etc; 9. Disbursement Of Resettlement Benefits; 10. Provide Any Resettlement-Related Technical Services Required By The Piu Of The Executing Agency (Ea); 11. Preparation Of Monitoring And Supervision Reports To Piu Of Ea As Agreed In The Contract; 12. Submission Of Project Completion Report (Pcr) And Detailed Statement Of Expenditure Against Payment To The Affected Persons (Aps) And Eps; 13. Disseminate Of Information On The Project And Resettlement Policy To The Project Affected Persons (Paps) And Others (Community Groups, Local Administration, Etc.) (B) Relevant Experience The Firm/Ngo Must Have Experience In Implementation Of At Least 02 (Two) Resettlement Programs In Bridge/Highway/Railway Development Project In The Last 08 (Eight) Years In Bangladesh (C) Technical And Managerial Capability Availability Of Adequate Number Of Key-Professional: Resettlement Specialist, Land Acquisition Specialist, Gender Specialist, Mis Specialist And Area Manager Etc. & Other Relevant Managerial Personnel Including Organizational Structure Etc. (D) Financial Capacity/Soundness (Financial Performance & Financial Situation) -Type Of Financial Information For Evaluating Financial Capacity/Soundness Of Applicant Shall Be: Net Worth , Working Capital, Total Revenue, Profits/Fees , Cash Flow From Operating Activities Etc.
