Construction Work – Deep Thermal Modernization Of Public Buildings. The Subject Of The Order Is A Project Involving The Thermal Modernization Of Public Buildings With Care, Educational And Administrative Functions Located In The City Of Gorzów Wielkopolski In The Epc Formula Within The Meaning Of The Energy Efficiency Act. As Part Of The Joint Implementation Of The Project, Esco Will Be Obliged To Design, Finance And Carry Out Construction And Thermal Modernization Works, And Will Also Be Responsible For The Technical Maintenance Of The Facilities In The Scope Of The Work Performed And The Equipment Provided, Including, Among Others: Performing Maintenance, Repairs, Overhauls And Troubleshooting, And For Energy Management In Order To Obtain Guaranteed Savings In Heat And Electricity Consumption On The Terms Specified In The Epc Contract. It Is Initially Assumed That Thermal Modernization Activities Will Be Carried Out In 21 Buildings. A Detailed List Of Buildings Can Be Found In The Opiw. The Public Entity Does Not Exclude: The Implementation Of Construction Works To The Extent That Goes Beyond The Works Necessary To Obtain The Energy Effect, The Exclusion From The Scope Of The Procurement Of A Building Whose Thermal Modernization Turns Out To Be Ineffective Or The Introduction Of Another Building In Its Place, Limiting The Scope Of Construction Works If Their Implementation Is Ineffective From The Point Of View Of Achieving The Energy Effect. Two Buildings Of The City Hall Are Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. When Designing, It Will Be Necessary To Follow The Guidelines Of The General Conservator Of Monuments. The Escos Responsibilities At The Maintenance And Management Stage Will Include Energy Management And Possibly Other Energy Management Activities Within The Scope Specified In The Epc Contract. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Maintaining The Technical Efficiency Of The Modernized Buildings And Installed Equipment To The Extent Specified In The Epc Contract. The Esco Will Be Responsible, Among Others, For: For: Ensuring Financing Of The Project And Bearing All Costs Related To The Implementation By The Esco Of The Obligations Specified In The Epc Contract, Developing Project Documentation, Including Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, Decisions And Other Documents Not Provided By The Ordering Party And Carrying Out All Construction And Thermal Modernization Works In Accordance With The Act Construction Law, To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation And In Accordance With The Obtained Building Permit, Applying For The Issuance Of All Administrative Decisions Required By Law In The Course Of The Investment Process, Carrying Out Construction Works On The Principles Specified In The Design Documentation, Reporting The Readiness And Acceptance Of The Construction Site, Preparing Documentation Reception, Maintaining The Technical Efficiency Of The Infrastructure And Installed Devices, Energy Management, Timely Implementation Of Obligations Specified In The Epc Contract. The Public Entitys Own Contribution To The Project Will Be Energy Audits, Developed For The Needs Of The Real World
