The Order Includes: Construction Of A Regular Pedestrian Crossing And A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route On The Section Of District Road No. 1299B, Excluding Telecommunications And Bituminous Works And Vertical Markings. 1) Preparatory Works, Including: Measuring Works; Removal Of Trees And Bushes; Clearing Tree Trunks And Bushes; Removal Of Topsoil Layers; Removal Of Stones And Rock Blocks, Demolition Works.2) Earthworks, Including: Excavations, Embankments.3) Drainage Of The Road Body, Including: Construction Of Prefabricated Pipe Culverts With The Road Crown Under The Road.4) Subbases, Including: Making An Aggregate Subbase Natural, Mechanically Stabilized Cnr Aggregate.5) Finishing Works, Including: Topsoiling Of Slopes With Sowing, Construction Of Pipe Culverts Under Exits, Strengthening Of Slopes Of Inlets And Outlets Of Culverts Under The Road Crown With Cobblestones;6) Road Marking And Traffic Safety Devices, Including: Execution Road Markings, Installation Of Protective Fences.7) Street And Road Elements, Including: Concrete Curb, Concrete Edge, Sidewalks Made Of Concrete Slabs.8) Road Greenery, Including: Planting Trees.2. The Contractor, Without Additional Remuneration, Undertakes To: 1) Arrange The Construction Site, 2) Bear The Costs Of Switching On And Switching On Electricity, 3) Provide Access To The Property In The Vicinity Of The Construction Site, 4) Provide Communication Services, Remove Unnecessary Materials, Waste And Garbage On An Ongoing Basis ,5) In The Event Of Destruction Or Damage To Works, Their Parts Or Equipment During Implementation - Repairing Them And Restoring Them To Their Original Condition,6) Dismantling, Repairing, Installing Property Fences And Damaged Existing Facilities And Land Development Elements,7) Making Arrangements, Obtaining All Opinions Necessary For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract And Its Commissioning, 8) Appropriate Security Of The Construction Site, 9) Enabling Access To The Construction Site For Employees Of The Construction Supervision Authority And Employees Of Units Performing Control Functions As Well As Authorized Representatives Of The Ordering Party, 10) Carrying Out Tests, Tests, As Well As Also To Make Uncovered Works In The Event Of Failure To Report For Acceptance Of Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing, 11) Carrying Out Laboratory Tests (Indicated By The Ordering Party) With The Participation Of An Independent Road Laboratory Approved By The Ordering Party, 12) Maintaining Access Roads And Possible Detours From Which Used In The Reconstruction Of The Road,13) Tidy Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works And Hand It Over To The Ordering Party No Later Than The Date Of Final Acceptance.3. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Full Tender Documentation And The Local Conditions For Carrying Out The Works.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Included In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Tender Documentation, With The Exception Of Telecommunications, Bitumen And Vertical Marking Works. 5. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Who Perform Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Contract Execution, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 – Labor Code. 6. The Requirements For The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In Chapter Ii. Draft Provisions Of The Contract Regarding The Public Procurement In Question. The Above Requirements Specify In Particular: 1) The Type Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Contract To Which The Requirements For Employment Under An Employment Relationship By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Contract Apply; 2) The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These Persons; 3) The Ordering Partys Rights In Terms Of Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These People And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements.7.
