Entries In Social Media, Newsletters, Brochures, Posters, Banners, Etc. (The Costs Of Publication, Printing And Translation, Depending On The Needs, Are Covered By The Ordering Party Or Other Partners),15) Creating A Website Munimap Project Website In The Catalog Of Interreg Baltic Sea Region Projects 2021-2027 (Https://Interreg-Baltic.Eu/Projects/), Along With Ongoing Updates Of Its Content,16) Conducting Correspondence In English, As Obligatory In The Project. 6. Detailed Scope Of Responsibilities Of The External Financial Coordinator: 1) Close Cooperation With Persons Responsible For Administration And Settlement Of The Project Designated By The Lead Partner And Other Partners, 2) Advising And Instructing Partners In Compliance With The Interreg Program Rules In Terms Of Finance, Accounting And The Method Of Spending Funds, 3 ) Informing And Advising Partners In The Selection Of The First Level Controller, 4) Advising On The Eligibility Of Costs And Procedures In Accordance With The Program Rules, With Particular Emphasis On The Rules For Norwegian Partners, 5) Monitoring Partners Expenses And Reporting Possible Deviations To The Program Secretariat, 6) Preparing The Financial Part Of Six Periodic Reports On The Progress Of The Entire Project: A) Supporting Partners In Completing Forms In Accordance With The Program Guidelines, B) Preliminary Assessment Of The Eligibility Of Costs In Accordance With The Program Rules (Pre-Check), C) Monitoring The Certification Process In Terms Of Timeliness And Formal And Administrative Compliance, Solving Current Problems, If Necessary - Contact With The Partners Controllers, D) Control And Solving Problems With Documents (Trouble-Shooting) That Partners Place In The Bamos+ System, E) Cooperation With The 2Nd Level Controller In The Scope Of Certification Of Project Progress Reports, F ) Submitting Joint Reports On The Progress Of The Project Within The Prescribed Deadline In The Bamos+ System, G) Providing, Within The Deadline Set By The Program Secretariat, Responses To Report Clarifications Posted In The Bamos+ System, 7) Presenting The Current Financial Situation During Consortium Meetings And Discussing Issues Financial Most Important For A Given Phase Of The Project Cycle.7. Requirements For The Performance Of The Service By The Contractor: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Know The Rules Of The Baltic Sea Interreg Program 2021-2027; 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Participation Of At Least 1 Person In The Official Meetings Of The Project And In Workshops For The Project Target Groups Held At The Project Meetings And Carried Out In The Home Countries Of The Project Partners, I.E. Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Norway, Denmark And Sweden, Or Hybrid Meetings; 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Participate In Meetings With The Ordering Party Held At Its Headquarters, In Any Case, If There Is Such A Need Related To The Implementation Of The Project; 4) In The Event Of An Inspection During And After Completion Of The Project, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With All Information Necessary To Prepare Explanations And To Participate In The Preparation Of These Explanations, Within The Deadlines Indicated By The Ordering Party.8. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer To The Ordering Party All Economic Copyrights And Related Rights, Together With The Exclusive Right To Grant Permission To Exercise Dependent Copyright, To Use And Dispose Of The Studies Resulting From The Execution Of The Order In Poland And Abroad For An Unlimited Period Of Time.
