The Municipality Of Kardzhali Will Implement The Project Improving The Quality Of Atmospheric Air In The Municipality Of Kardzhali, Financed Under The Procedure For Cleaner Air Under The Program Environment 2021 - 2027. For The Implementation Of The Project, An Administrative Contract For Non-Grant Financial Assistance Will Be Concluded (Adbfp) Between The Minister Of The Environment Or A Person Authorized By Him And Water And The Mayor Of The Municipality. The Overall Goal Of The Project Is To Improve The Quality Of Atmospheric Air In The Municipality Of Kardzhali By Reducing The Emissions Of Fpch10 From Domestic Heating As One Of The Main Sources Of Air Pollution. The Specific Goal Of The Project Is To Replace The Heating Devices Of Households That Use Solid Fuel Appliances (Wood And Coal) For Heating, Replacing Them With Alternative Highly Efficient Modern Ones.
