Security Services – Security Service At The Headquarters. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Ensure The Performance Of Guard Duty According To § 2 Par. 1 Letter A) Of Act No. 473/2005 Coll. On The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Private Security And On The Amendment And Supplementation Of Certain Laws (The Private Security Act) And Other Related Generally Binding Legal Regulations In The Building Of The Public Contracting Authoritys Headquarters In Bratislava At Pražská Ul. No. 29. As Part Of The Guard Service, The Public Contracting Authority Requires: A) The Performance Of A Guard And Information Service In The Form Of Continuous Physical Protection With The Aim Of Ensuring The Protection Of The Object And Property Against Theft, Vandalism, Unauthorized Entry And Movement Of Foreign Unregistered Persons Without Ascertaining The Purpose Of Entering The Building Of The Public Contracting Authoritys Headquarters Once By A Person (Continuous 24-Hour Guard Service Per Day), B) Performance Of Guard Duty By Rounds At Set Intervals With Determination Of Fixed Checkpoints Of The Round, C) Performance Of Guard Duty By Operating And Checking The Operation Of Security And Alarm Systems (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical And Other Components Permanently Installed ), Which Prevent Or Signal (Image, Sound, Light, Etc.) Unauthorized Entry, Drive-In, Or Other Unwanted Intrusion Into A Protected Object Or A Protected Place, Or Exit From It, While These Are The Following Security And Alarm Systems, Which Are Installed In The Headquarters Building: • C4 Integration Security System, • Digisys 111 Electric Fire Alarm System, • Avigilon Camera System, D) Control And Records Of Employees And Records Of Visits (Of Working But Also Private Persons), To The Extent Of The Purpose Of The Visit And The Person - The Employee, To To Which The Visit Is Directed, E) Key Service, Issuance Of Keys According To The Internal Instruction Of The Public Contracting Authority Issued For The Given Purpose, Records Of Issued Keys To The Premises Of The Guarded Object, F) Control Of The Transfer, Export, Removal Of Material, Property And Inventory Outside The Guarded Object, G) Performance Of Tasks In Crisis Situations According To The Public Contracting Authoritys Internal Guidelines, H) Notification Obligation In Case Of Damage To The Object Or An Emergency Situation (Ruptured Pipe, Water Leak, Fire, Etc.), I) Performing The Function Of Informer For Visits During The Working Hours Of The Public Contracting Authority, J) Performing Interconnection Of Incoming Telephone Calls Routed Through The Telephone Switchboard, K) Carrying Out Internal And External Errand Activities Of The Guarded Object Of The Public Contracting Authority, L) Ensuring Tasks Resulting From The Regulations On Fire Protection Of Objects And Others, M) Ensuring Other Tasks Based On The Request Of The Public Contracting Authority, Which Are Directly Related To Performing Guard Duty. The Public Contracting Authority Will Inform Each Guard Service Employee Who Will Guard And Protect The Public Contracting Authoritys Facility Using Security And Alarm Systems - The C4 Integrated Security System, The Digisys 111 Electric Fire Alarm And The Avigilon Camera System.
