This Public Contract Is A Framework Agreement With Single-Award Purchase Orders, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles R.2162-1 To R.2162 -6, Then R.2162-13 And R.2162 14 Of The Public Procurement Code With The Following Amounts: - No Minimum Annual Amount; - Maximum Annual Amount: 700,000.00 Euros Excluding Taxes. The Maximum Annual Amount Set In This Public Contract (Framework Agreement) Does Not Give The Holder Any Rights And In No Way Binds The Contracting Authority. This Public Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Notification To The Holder Via The Buyer Profile. It May Then Be Subject To 3 Tacit Renewals, Per Period Of 12 Months. The Holder Will Not Be Able To Oppose This Renewal. In The Event Of Non-Renewal, The Decision Will Be Communicated To The Holder At Least Two Months Before The Anniversary Date Of This Public Contract. This Decision Does Not Entitle The Holder To Any Compensation.
