Building Demolition And Wrecking Work And Earthmoving Work – Toulon Defense Base - Framework Agreement Relating To Building Demolition And Deconstruction Work. Framework Agreement For Demolition And Deconstruction Work For The Esid Toulon And Its 4 Usids (Defence Infrastructure Support Units): Usid Toulon, Usid Hyères, Usid Toulon Naval Base And Usid St-Mandrier. The Geographical Area Concerns All The Sites Of The Toulon Defense Base And In Particular The Following Municipalities: Toulon, Ollioules, La Farlède, La Crau, Saint-Mandrier, Hyères, (Including The Îles Dor), Cuers, Le Pradet, La Valette , Six-Fours. Some Of These Sites, Located In The Iles Dor, Require The Use Of A Private Maritime Shuttle From Tour Fondue In Giens (Islands Of Port-Cros And Porquerolles), Or A Free State Shuttle From Port Pothuau To Hyères (Île Du Levant - See Appendix 1 To This Ccap). The List Of Locations Is Not Exhaustive And May Extend To Locations Newly Acquired, Allocated Or Built After Notification Of The Framework Agreement. The Description Of The Works And Their Technical Specifications Are Indicated In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp) And Its Annexes. This Work Will Be Defined In Each Purchase Order Issued And Notified During The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With The Following Thresholds: - With A Minimum Amount Of €40,000.00 Excluding Tax Over 4 Years; - With A Maximum Amount Of €10,000,000.00 Excluding Tax Over 4 Years.
