On Introduction Of Temporary Organization And Traffic Safety (Vobd) For The Period Of Elimination Of The Accident; Excavation Works For Localization Of The Breach, Incl. Dismantling Of Road Surfaces, Excavation Of Earth Masses, Loading And Unloading Activities To Landfills For Waste And Earth Masses Specified By The Contracting Authority; Dismantling Of Joints, Lifting And Putting Back Roof Panels From The Channel Network Of The Heat Transfer System Using A Truck Crane; Dismantling Of An Existing And Damaged Facility (Depending On The Need, Including A Section Of Heat Pipe; Fixed Support; Compensator, Etc.) And Transportation To The Employers Warehouse; Delivery/Production Of A New Facility Corresponding In Configuration And Dimensions To The One Planned For Reconstruction; Installation Of A New Facility; Restoration Of Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure Owned By Other Operators, Destroyed Or Damaged During Excavation Activities; Tests And Control During Pcmr (Agreed With The Employer): Performance Of 100% Non-Destructive Inspection Of Butt Weld Joints Performance Of Non-Destructive Testing Of Welding Joints With Penetrating Fluids; Performing A Hydraulic Test Of The Reconstructed Facility Under Operating Conditions; Making A Backfill Of Sand, Earth Masses, Crushed Stone Pavement With A Seal In 20 Cm., Backfill Density Control, Etc. In Accordance With The Installation Instructions And Current State And Municipal Regulations; The Scope Of The Activities To Be Performed Will Be Specified Through A Contract Letter From The Employer To The Contractor; Final Acceptance Of The Object And Warranty Conditions Of The Executed Pcmr;
