Infrared Spectroscopy (Ft-Ir) Is Proposed As The Measurement Method Due To Its Well-Known Industrial Applications (E.G. Combustion Processes) And Operational Reliability Of The Measurements. However, Other Continuous Measuring Methods, E.G. Mass Analyzers (Gc-Ms/Fid) Are Not Excluded. The Temperature Of The Gases Measured From The Process Is Up To > +300 Degc In The Initial Situation, So The Equipment Is Assumed To Withstand > +200 Degc Gas Analyzed For A Short Time. The Equipment Must Have Pre-Set Calibrations For The Voc Compounds To Be Measured (20-30 Pcs) And It Must Be Suitable For Continuous Measurement In An Industrial Environment. The Measurement Data Produced By The Device Will Be Used In The Regulation Of The Continuous Melt Working Process. It Is Necessary To Be Able To Read The Concentrations Of The Measured Components With An External Control Computer In Digital Numerical Form - As The Final Implementation In The Regulation, E.G. Profibus Bus And Opc-Ua Server. The Equipment Must Also Be Able To Store Measurement Data For Later Analysis. For This Purpose, The Measuring Device Must Have Its Own Computer Integrated, A Usb Port With The Possibility To Transfer Measurement Data (E.G. Via The Usb Port), Suitable Analysis Software, And The Possibility To Save The Measurement Data And Analyze It Later In A Computer And Software External To The Device. The Equipment Must Be Able To Quantitatively Measure Concentrations Of Hcl And Hbr Gases (10-100 Ppm Level) And Several Aliphatic And Aromatic Rather High-Boiling (> +200 Degc) Volatile Organic Compounds And Halogenated Organic Compounds. The Measurement Should Produce Concentration Data Collected During A Measurement Period Of Approximately 1-2 Minutes And Constantly Updated For Process Control, As A Time Series Of The 20-30 Compounds To Be Analyzed.
