The Contractors Obligation Is To Prepare A Schedule Before Commencing The Implementation Of The Works. Works In Consultation With The Supervision Inspector Indicated In The Content Of The Contract. In The Work Schedule, The Contractor Will Specify In Particular The Dates And Scope Of Works That Are The Subject Of Partial Acceptance. The Contractor Will Submit A Schedule To The Ordering Party In Four Identical Copies No Later Than On The Day Of Handing Over The Work Site. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: ►Sanitary Installation Works (Water And Sewage, C.H., Hydrant): - Replacement Of Water And Sewage Installations; - Replacement Of Fittings; - Installation Of Hpl System Walls; Replacement Of Central Heating Installations Including Installation Of Radiators; Replacement Of The Hydrant Installation And Replacement Of Hydrants; Construction Of An Absorption Well With Installation Of A Pump In The Substation Room; ► Electrical Installation Works (Lighting, Sockets, Ict Installation, And Manual Installation Of The Fire System): Replacement Of The Electrical Lighting Installation; Replacement Of The 230V Socket Installation And Rg, Rgo, T1 Electrical Boards , T2, Tk1, Tk2, Tpoż; Replacement Of Electrical Lighting Equipment And Plug Sockets; Installation Of An Air Curtain Over The Entrance Door; Replacement Of The Ict Installation (Pel Sockets, Gpdi/Gpdz Cabinets, Lpd1/Lpd2 Cabinets); Installation Of A Manual Signaling System Fire (Sound Alarm Buttons, Emergency Door Opening Button And Installation Of 230V Alarm Bells; ►Interior Construction Works - Demolition Of Walls And Floors; - Flooring Works: Construction Of New Floors On The Ground And Ceiling In Accordance With The Drawings, Replacement Of Floor Coverings, Replacement Of Floor Tiles Stoneware Including The Installation Of Plinths; Bricklaying Works; Plastering Works; Wall Cladding With Ceramic Tiles; Painting Works Including The Installation Of Gypsum Plasters; Gypsum Board Structures; Installation Of A Steel Joist In Accordance With The Attached Drawing; Replacement Of Door Joinery Internal And External; Construction Of Suspended Ceilings; Execution Of Additional Ventilation Of Rooms; Relocation And Piercing Of Ventilation Grilles In Brick Chimneys;►The Scope Of Works Also Includes The Execution Of Accompanying Works Consisting In Lighting The Work Area, Securing The Work Area With Warning Signs, Construction And Maintenance Construction Facilities, Marking And Securing Installations And Devices On The Work Site. The Above Is Carried Out By The Contractor With Its Own Efforts And Included In The Price Of The Contract. ► The Building In Which The Works Will Be Performed Will Be Closed For The Duration Of Their Execution. ► The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Ensure The Work Safety Of Employees Performing The Works (In Particular, To Train The Employees And Equip Them With The Necessary Equipment);2) Securing The Building Against Destruction And Other Damage;3) Carrying Out Works On The Work Site In A Manner That Does Not Inconvenience The Users Of The Military Complex4) Ensuring, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, The Persons Performing The Subject Of The Order, Appropriate Occupational Health And Safety Conditions, Clothing And Protective Accessories In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Equipment, Measures (Including Personal Protective Equipment And Disinfectants) And Devices Necessary To Perform The Activities Covered By The Contract. If The Conditions As Above Are Not Met, The Contractor Shall Be Liable For Damages And Situations Arising As A Result Of His Or Her Actions Or Their Actions. Omission.►The Contractors Remuneration For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined On A Lump Sum Basis, According To The Price Indicated In The Contractors Offer. ►The Contractor Provides All Materials And Equipment Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order On Its Own And At Its Own Expense And Is Obliged To Use Construction Products Consistent With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works And Approved For Use By The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law ( Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, Consolidated Text), With Current Approvals And Certificates Allowing Their Use. ►The Materials Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Cannot Reduce The Utility And Quality Value Of The Completed Order Elements Or Negatively Affect The Durability, Functionality, Aesthetics And Safety Of Use And Enjoyment Of The Work Area And Its Boundaries.►The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Works In Accordance With Construction Practice And Construction Standards, Applicable Technical And Technological Regulations And Standards, While Observing Applicable Health And Safety Regulations.►Transport Of All Materials And Equipment To The Site Implementation Of The Works And Their Operation Are Borne By The Contractor. ►The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Its Own Removal And Disposal Of Waste (Garbage, Rubble, Etc.) In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Waste Act (Article 3(1)(32) Of The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, Consolidated Text) And Documenting These Activities. The Contractor (Or His Subcontractor) Should Have Authorizations Under The Waste Act And Meet The Requirements Of The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 ( Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, Consolidated Text). Rubble And Soil Obtained From The Works Should Be Removed From The Construction Site And Disposed Of Or Managed On Your Own. Other Construction Waste, Including Wooden Elements, Should Be Removed From The Construction Site And Must Be Disposed Of. Acceptance Of Materials For Disposal Should Be Certified To The Investor With An Appropriate Document Issued By The Plant Providing Waste Disposal Services, Or In The Case Of Using The Rubble For Subsequent Use By The Contractor - A Certificate Of Disposal For Its Own Needs. If The Contractor Uses A Subcontractor In The Above Scope, He Should Demonstrate Subcontractor Along With The Offer. If The Contractor Does Not Indicate Entrusting The Removal And Disposal To A Subcontractor, The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Will Perform The Scope In Question On His Own And Has All The Rights In This Respect In Accordance With Applicable Law. ►The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Remove Scrap Obtained During Construction Works. Scrap Obtained From Ongoing Disassembly Should Be Immediately Weighed In The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Supervisory Inspector. Removal Of Scrap From The Construction Site Will Be Possible After Written Notification And Acceptance Of The Document By The Supervision Inspector. Each Removal And Reweighing Will Prepare A Quantitative Summary Of The Scrap Obtained From Dismantling, Indicating The Type Criterion (Steel, Cast Iron, Copper, Brass, Aluminum Scrap). Each Time, Based On The Prepared List Obtained From The Dismantling Of Scrap, The Ordering Party Will Issue A Vat Invoice In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Provisions Of The Act And Thus Authorize The Contractor To Sell Or Manage The Scrap Obtained From The Dismantling.
