The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Renovation Of Walls And Ceilings, 2) Adding New Colors To Walls And Ceilings, 3) Renovation Of Door Joinery, 4) Replacement Of The Wooden Plank Floor, 5) Replacement And Addition Of Frame And Panel Wainscoting, 6) Newly Designed Radiator Covers,7) Disassembly Of Secondary Door Leaves In The Main Entrance Doors To The Hall,8) Renovation Of Door Leaves,9) Renovation Of The Wooden Stage,10) Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation,11) Replacement Of Window Joinery, In Accordance With: Building Permit - Decision No. 172/2019 Of May 9, 2019, By Decision Of The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments In Leszno - Decision No. 53/2019 Of April 15, 2019, Together With The Decision Extending Its Deadline - Decision No. 207/2023 Of December 14, 2023. - Decision Of The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments In Leszno - Decision No. 123/2019 Of June 14, 2019, Together With The Decision Extending Its Deadline - Decision No. 206/2023 Of December 14, 2023, - Decision Of The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments In Leszno - Decision No. 122/2019 Of June 14, 2019, Together With The Decision Extending Its Deadline - Decision No. 205/2023 Of December 14, 2023. Attention! All Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active School Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Construction Works In A Way That Allows The School To Function. Carrying Out Works In The Afternoon, On Days Off, And On Weekends Should Be Agreed With The School Management. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Schools Common Rooms Available During The Construction Period (E.G. Corridors) In Good Order In A Way That Ensures The Proper Functioning Of The Facility, With Particular Emphasis On The Nature Of The Facility (School) And The Safety Of The Students Attending There. The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include Works In The Electrical Industry, I.E. . Execution Of Flush-Mounted Installations, Installation Of Chandeliers And Other Lighting Fixtures With Accessories, Expansion Of The Rg Switchgear And Installation Of 230V Socket Accessories (A Scan Of The Construction Log Is Attached). Therefore, The Above-Mentioned Works Should Not Be Included In The Offer Valuation. Before Starting Conservation And Renovation Works, Preliminary Photographic Documentation Should Be Prepared. As The Work Progresses, The Contractor Should Continue To Take Photographic Documentation On An Ongoing Basis. The Final Selection Of Paint And Material Colors Should Be Agreed With The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments In Leszno After Conducting, At The Construction Stage, Further Tests Of The Painting Layers On A Larger Scale And After Making Color Samples. The Final Selection Of Ornamental Glass At The Construction Stage Should Be Agreed With The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments In Leszno. The Ordering Party Stipulates That If It Is Necessary To Remove A Collision With The Existing Electrical Installation Or Damage To It By The Contractor, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Remove It Under The Concluded Contract. The Ordering Party Attaches Drawings With Changes Introduced In 2024 To The Industry Project Regarding The Replacement Of Window Joinery ( Annex No. 8 To Swz\Industry Projects\Pb Window Joinery\Drawings\Design\Changes 2024). It Is Recommended That The Contractor Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Work Site. For This Purpose, The Contractor Should Contact The Ordering Party, Who Will Set The Dates And Hours Of The Inspection. The Lack Of Participation Of The Contractor In The On-Site Visit Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Exercise The Greatest Care When Preparing The Offer, Including Determining The Offer Prices For The Performance Of Individual Works. The Costs Of Site Inspection Of The Work Site Will Be Borne By The Contractor.4. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Method Of Their Implementation Are Described In The Land Development Design (Architectural And Construction Design) And Technical Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And The Bill Of Quantities. The Above-Mentioned Documentation Constitutes Annex No. 8 To Swz.5. The Contractor Himself Will Assess The Final Scope Of Works Based On The Designs, Bills Of Quantities, And Stwiorb. During The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Covered By The Order, The Principles And Requirements Specified In The Following Documents Will Apply (In The Order Of Validity Of The Documents): 1) Agreement With Annexes, 2) Swz, 3) Contractors Offers, 4) Land Development Design (Architectural And Construction Design), Technical Designs ,5) Stwiorb,6) Applicable Technical Regulations, Technical Knowledge And Standards Applicable In A Given Scope,7) Bill Of Quantities, Taking Into Account The Following Conditions For The Above-Mentioned Documents: 1) All Materials And Work Technologies Used Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Technical Specifications Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Applicable Standards And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location (Item 1065),2) Before Installing Any Materials, The Contractor Will Provide The Supervision Inspectors With A Certificate Of Approval Of This Material For Use In Construction And Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specifications And Polish Standards In Order To Obtain Consent For Its Use. To Perform The Order, The Contractor Will Use Construction Products Placed On The Market In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213),3) Any Post-Demolition Materials Should Be Managed On Your Own. The Above Should Be Included In The Offer Price, Including The Landfill Fee.
