Gas Supply Mains Construction Work – Design Services At The Level Of Technical Project And Execution Works For Connecting The Intelligent Natural Gas Distribution Network In Prahova County - The Communes Of Cocorăștii Mislii, Vâlcăneşti, Cosminele, Dumbrăveşti, Vărbilău, Aluniş, Stefeşti, Bertea And The Town Of Slănic To The National Gas Transport System (Snt). The Specific Objectives Consist Of: - Changing The Location Of The Connecting Pipe And The Measurement Adjustment Station From Dumbrăvești, Near The Technological Pipe Dn300 Pn 25 – Srm Buda (Imi Plopeni); - Expansion Of The Distribution System Between The New Site Of Srm (Srm Buda –Imi Plopeni Area) And Uat Dumbrăvești With A Polyethylene Pipe Pe 100 Sdr 11 Dn500mm In Length Of Approx. 20 Km Provision Of Related Design Services (Including The Provision Of Assistance From The Designer) – Activities That Will Consist Of The Following: The Preparation Of All The Necessary Documentation To Obtain Approvals, Agreements, Authorizations, Etc., Necessary Throughout The Duration Of The Contract In Accordance With The Relevant Legislation Nationally; The Development Of The Project For Obtaining The Building Permit, For The Execution Of The Demolition Works (Dtad), The Project For Organizing The Execution Of The Works According To The Provisions Of H.G. No. 907/2016; Realization Of The Technical Project And Execution Details; Certified Verification Of The Technical Project And Execution Details (Activity That Will Only Be Foreseen And Not Budgeted, Being An Activity That Requires Contracting In The Responsibility Of The Beneficiary Of The Investment); Making The Safety And Health Plan For The Work Carried Out On The Construction Site; The Complete Elaboration Of The Technical Book Related To The Construction, With All Its Documents (Technical Project As Built, Site Provisions, Minutes Regarding Hidden Works, Control Minutes Of The Determining Phases, Without Being Limited To These); Involvement And Participation In The Phases Of Checking The Quality Of The Works According To The Execution Follow-Up Program; Activities Preceding The Issuance Of The Start Order (Surrender Of The Site); Participation In Project Progress Meetings; Drawing Up Supporting Notes And Construction Site Provisions Whenever The Situation Requires It; Participation In The Reception Operations And The Preparation Of Periodic Reports On The Manner And Stage Of The Execution Of The Works; Updating The General Estimate Of The Investment And Drawing Up The Post-Execution Plans. Execution Of The Necessary Works For The Investment, Activities That Will Consist Of The Following: Execution Of The Distribution Network; Repositioning Of The Measuring, Adjustment And Handover Station; System Commissioning And Testing; Rectification Of All Defects Found During The Contract Period, As Well As Those Identified During The Performance Guarantee Period (This Will Be At Least 36 Months, In Accordance With The Importance Class Of The Investment Objective); Participation In The Reception At The End Of The Works, As Well As The Final One. Contract Duration 6 Months, Of Which: • Duration Of Design Services – 2 Months; • Duration Of Work Execution – 4 Months;
