The Ancillary Operations That Must Be Carried Out Within The Contract, If Applicable, Are The Following: - Installation, Commissioning And Testing Of Products / Equipment; - Staff Training For The Use Of The Equipment; - Maintenance Services During The Product/Equipment Warranty Period; - Technical Support For Products/Equipment During The Product/Equipment Warranty Period. Note: 1. It Equipment And Software Will Be New Unused, Also Latest Models Will Be Provided. The Products And Built-In Materials To Be Purchased Should Incorporate The Latest Improvements In Design And Materials. Second-Hand Or Refurbished Are Not Accepted. 2. The Delivery Period Specified In The Tables, I.E. A Maximum Of 100 Days, Includes Installation, Commissioning And Staff Training Activities. Staff Training Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Minutes 3. The Acceptance Period Of The Contracting Authority, Respectively The Quantitative And Qualitative Reception, Is Carried Out In A Maximum Of 30 Days. 4. Given That The Delivery Term Is An Evaluation Factor, The Duration Assumed And Declared By The Bidders Through The Technical Proposal Will Be Respected. When Determining The Delivery Time, Bidders Must Take Into Account The Delivery Time For The Last Equipment. 5. To Have The Possibility Of Purchasing Spare Parts And Original Consumables From The Market, Necessary For The Operation Of It Equipment
