This Assignment Is About The Creation Of The Mooc Introduction Of Responsible Land Administration. The Content Upon Which The Mooc Is To Be Adapted From (Module 1 Of The Teaching Essentials On Responsible Land Administration - Terla) Is Already Available Under A Cc By-Nc-Sa License. The Overall Goal Of The Mooc Is To Create Awareness To The Concept And Importance Of Responsible Land Administration And To Apply Instruments And Tools That Can Be Used With Regard To Their Role In Promoting Sustainable Land Use, Secure Land Tenure, And Supporting Equitable And Inclusive Land Governance. By Completing This Course, Individuals Will Enhance Their Capacity To Contribute To Responsible Land Administration Practices. The Entire Mooc Is Envisioned To Comprise Of 3 Hours Of Sitting Time / Self-Study, Excluding The Time The Learner May Spend Going Through The Optional Reading Material. Engaging And Interactive Video Sequences Of Maximum 15 Min Each Form The Main Methodology, For A Total Of Up To Two Hours Of Video. Figures, Images, Readings And Exercises Make The Module Complete. The Mooc Will Be Offered In Both English And French And Given In An Entirely Self-Paced Format, 100% Unfacilitated. The Selected Bidder Will Be Responsible For The Overall Creation Of The Mooc. As Part Of This Assignment, The Selected Bidder Will Be Leading The Overall Project Implementation In Consultation With Giz And Key Partners/Stakeholders. The Terla Is A Written Resource That Ought To Serve As A Knowledge Base For Training Design; It Is Not Delivery-Ready Training Material, Especially Not For E-Learning. Therefore, After A Planning Phase Whereby The Mooc Format Will Be Agreed Upon, The Contractor Will Adapt The First Module Of The Terla For E-Learning Delivery. To Do So, It Will Develop Story Boards And Multimedia Content For Each Section Of The Module. It Will Integrate Feedback From Subject Matter Experts (Experts From The Giz And Partner Sides). Then It Will Develop The Course Prototype. The Contractor Will Organize Studio Recording Of Lectures In Namibia. In That Context, It Will Be Responsible For The Overall Logistic Implications Of This Event (Purchase Of Flight Ticket, Studio & Equipment Renting, Accommodation, Etc...). The Contractor Will Also Be Take Charge Of The Video/Sound Editing. After Finalization Of All Content (In Both English And French Languages), The Contractor Will Proceed To The Upload On The Selected E-Learning Platform (Atingi - Moodle Based) And Organize Test Runs. Eventually The Contractor Will Facilitate The Advertisement Campaign.
