Architectural And Related Services – Partial Renovation And Expansion Of The High School In Trossingen (3Rd Ba And 4Th Ba). Awarding Of Services For Building Planning According To Hoai 2021 Part 3 Section 1, § 34 Service Profile Of Architectural Services, Service Phases 1 - 9 (Initially Gradual Commissioning Of Service Phases 1 - 3) For The Renovation Of The High School In 2 Sections. In A Third Construction Phase, The “Tower” Is To Be Renovated. In A Fourth Construction Phase, The Renovation Of The Administration, The Art Rooms And An Expansion Of The Classrooms Are Planned. 1. Process: In The First Stage, Engineering Offices Are Selected To Take Part In The Negotiations Based On The Selection Criteria Listed In The Application For Participation. For This Purpose, The Required Exclusion, Selection And Suitability Criteria Must Be Met And Proven (See Participation Documents). All Necessary/Required Evidence And Self-Declarations Must Be Enclosed With The Application. After Checking The Submitted Documents, A Maximum Of Five Applicants With The Highest Scores Will Be Invited To The Offer Phase. If Applications Have The Same Number Of Points, The Draw Will Decide. The Bidders Selected For The 2Nd Stage Will Be Invited To Take Part In The Bidding Discussions. After Confirmation Of Participation, Relevant Documents Will Be Made Available To Bidders Via The Procurement Platform. During The Bidding Interview, The Applicants Personally Introduce Their Office And The People Involved In The Process (Project Manager, Construction Manager). The Contract Will Be Awarded To The Offer That Can Achieve The Highest Overall Number Of Points Based On The Evaluation Of The Award Criteria. The Award Criteria Are Assessed By The Contracting Committee. The Client Reserves The Right To Award The Contract To The Initial Offer In Accordance With Section 17 (11) Vgv. 2. Commissioning: The Commissioning Takes Place Depending On The Project Approval By The City Of Trossingen Within The Framework Of Call-Off Contracts. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service Up To And Including Service Phase 9 Hoai If The Project Is Implemented. The Client Intends To Commission The Services In Stages And Sections. There Is No Legal Right To The Transfer Of All Service Levels.
