The Object Of The Procurement Is The Security Service Solutions Of The Central Finland Welfare Area, Which Promote The Safe And Independent Living At Home Of Elderly People Living At Home And Persons Whose Functional Capacity Has Decreased For As Long As Possible. The Procurement Unit Selects One (1) Service Provider, With Whom A Service Contract Is Concluded. The Chosen Service Provider Can Also Be A Group Formed By Providers. Partial Offers, Parallel And Alternative Offers Are Not Allowed. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because The Security Telephone Service To Be Tendered Forms A Whole And Dividing It Into Parts Would Make The Implementation Of The Contract Technically Difficult. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1A Service Description Of The Request For Tenders.
