The Purpose Of The Action Is To Provide An Integrated Network Of Consulting Business Support, In Matters Related To (Young) Entrepreneurship. The Provision Of Services Will Be Offered Exclusively Remotely With The Use Of Digital Media That Focuses On Strengthening The Capacity (Capacity Building) Of Start-Ups (Existing Or New) Based Or About To Be Based In The Municipalities Of South Attica (Kallithea, Paleo Faliro, Alimos), With An Emphasis On The Culture-Tourism Sectors And Complementary Sectors To Them (E.G. It, Supply Chain, Etc.), In Order To Utilize New And Innovative Ideas And Strengthen Their Entrepreneurship. The Personalized Services Of The Action Will Also Be Available To Start-Ups Of Other Municipalities, Which Will, However, Document Cooperation With Other Businesses And Organizations Based In The Municipalities Of South Attica And In Sectors That The Action Focuses On. These Start-Ups Will Be Selected After An Evaluation In Order To Provide Them With Specialized Business Support, Empowerment And Networking Services, Which Will Be Provided Throughout The Implementation Of The Project. The Provided Specialized Services Oriented To The Individual Needs Of Each Start-Up Business Will Fall Under The De Minimis Rule, In Which Case A Mechanism Will Be Provided To Clearly Determine The Amount Of Indirect Aid To Which The Support Received By The Beneficiary Business Corresponds. In Addition, Horizontal Services Will Be Offered Both To The Start-Ups That Will Take Part In The Programs Actions, And To Each Business (Open And Accessible To All Through The Projects Platform). The Horizontal Services Will Be Provided Without Any Financial Consideration And Will Have A Pilot And Demonstrative Character, Since So Far They Are Not Provided In This Way By The Market And Indeed Without Conditions Of Use And Consideration.
