In The Course Of The Procurement, A Management Desk Operating On Uniform Principles Will Be Created For The Analysis And Management Of Library Activities, Which Gathers The Necessary Data On The Network Of Estonian Libraries And Enables Libraries To Efficiently And Operatively Collect, Process And Exchange Data, Including Using It In Making Management Decisions And Also In Offering New Services Aimed At Readers. The National Library Of Estonia Procures A Detailed Analysis And The Implementation Of Existing Data Migration, Development, Testing, Implementation, Warranty And Maintenance Work, Which Results In A Management Desktop Application For Libraries Developed In Accordance With The Technical Conditions Of The Procurement And The Maintenance Work Of The Application Is Guaranteed For 12 Months After The Work Is Completed And Handed Over To The Supplier. The User Interface For The Application Will Also Be Created During The Procurement Process.
