The Sanitary Sewage System Should Be Installed In The Green Area Of The Planned Municipal Road At Bukowa Street And In The Existing Sidewalk In The Lane Of The District Road At Ul. Mstowska. The Total Length Of The Sanitary Sewer Is 578.10 M. At The Length Of 527.70 M, The Sanitary Sewer Should Be Made Of Thick-Walled Pvc-U Pipes Fi 200X5.9 Mm, And At The Length L = 50.40 M, Due To The Small Depression, It Should Be Made Of Stoneware Pipes. Additionally, As Part Of The Order, The Following Should Be Made: - Sewage Connections Made Of Pvc Pipes Ø 160X4.7 Mm, Ended With Wells. - Sewage Reaches Made Of Pvc Pipes Ø 160X4.7 Mm. The Drains Should Be Plugged. Sewage Wells With A Diameter Of Dn 1200 Mm Should Be Installed On The Sanitary Sewer, Made Of Concrete Rings Connected With Rubber Gaskets. All Wells Should Be Equipped With Cast Iron Manholes With Heavy Concrete Filling. The Existing Sidewalk Along The Street Mstowska, After Laying The Sanitary Sewage System And Connecting It To The Existing Sewage System, Should Be Restored To Its Original Condition. Due To The Fact That The Depth Of The Designed Canal Is Determined By The Topography Of The Terrain, As Well As The Depth Of Inclusion In The Existing Sewage Well In Ul. The Planned Connections And Extensions At Mstowska May Interfere With The Existing Water Supply Network. Therefore, During Construction Works, It Is Necessary To Provide For Relocation Of The Existing Water Pipeline To A Depth That Will Not Interfere With The Sanitary Sewage Reaches. Consent To The Reconstruction Of An Existing Water Supply System Should Be Sought From The Network Operator. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Proposed Contractual Provisions.4. Equivalence. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Act If The Documentation, I.E. The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Includes A Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such Terms Are Not Accompanied By The Phrase Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification, And Technical Reference System. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification, And System Of Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In These Documents Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, Appropriate Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. Warranty: The Contractor Will Provide At Least 36 Months Of Warranty And Warranty For The Completed Construction Works And Installed Devices, And For The Materials - In Accordance With Their Manufacturers Warranty, Counted In Both Cases From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Without Defects. The Maximum Warranty And Guarantee Period Is 60 Months.7. When Performing The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Minimum Requirements To Ensure Accessibility For People With Special Needs Specified In Art. 6 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 - On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs. 9. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractors Carry Out A Local Inspection Of The Areas Covered By The Order In Order To Obtain Information Helpful In Preparing The Offer.
