The Following Works Are Planned As Part Of The Renovation: 1) Demolition Of The Existing Bituminous Surface On The Structure And Access Roads. 2) Demolition Of The Bridge Equipment. 3) Demolition Of The Existing Supporting Structure Of The Structure. 4) Partial Demolition Of The Rear Walls Of The Abutments. 5) Reconstruction Of The Rear Walls Of The Abutments. 6) Reconstruction Of The Supporting Structure On Prefabricated Beams.7) Construction Of Transition Slabs Behind The Structure.8) Laying Insulation On The Supporting Structure.9) Reconstruction Of The Road Surface On The Structure And Access Roads.10) Reconstruction Of Bridge Equipment Elements.3. Guarantee And Warranty:1) For The Works Covered By The Agreement Performed And Accepted By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Provides A Warranty For A Period Of 60 Months, In Accordance With The Offer Form, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement.2) The Warranty Period For The Works Performed And Accepted By The Ordering Party Starts From The Day Following The Day On Which The Final Acceptance Of The Completed Works Took Place.3) During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Undertakes To Remove The Reported Defects Within 10 Days From The Date Of Reporting. Gliwice Branch, The Contractor Will Provide Security For The 110Kv Overhead Network - In Accordance With The Technical Conditions For Removing Conflicts (Approval No. Td24-02-0019094-03 Of February 8, 2024 And The Site Plan Constitute Annex No. 1 A To This Swz).6. Comments Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Ordering Party Informs That Whenever This Tor Or The Annexes To The Tor Include The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Referred To In Art. 101 Sections 1-3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Solutions Equivalent In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Issued Building Permit And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed. The Employer Allows Complete Closure Of The Bridge Structure, Provided That Pedestrian Traffic Is Maintained Throughout The Entire Period Of Construction Works. Within A Week Before Commencing The Task, The Contractor Will Submit An Approved Traffic Organization Project To The Ordering Party. The Project Is Subject To A Prior Opinion From The Road Safety And Organization Team.4) If The Approved Temporary Traffic Organization Project Is Not Submitted On Time, The Ordering Party Will Commission The Preparation Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Design And The Costs Will Be Charged To The Contractor.5) The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party Of Its Readiness No Later Than One Day Before The Commencement Of The Works. To Collect The Markings For The Duration Of The Works. In The Absence Of Positive Acceptance, The Ordering Party Will Order The Marking To Be Supplemented And The Costs Will Be Charged To The Contractor.6) The Costs Of Making And Maintaining The Marking Are Borne By The Contractor.7) Throughout The Entire Period Of The Order, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Transferred Construction Site, Securing The Work Site, Maintaining Temporary Markings, And Cleanliness Of The Roadways And Sidewalks Both In The Area Of Works Being Carried Out And Access Roads To The Construction Site.
