The Subject Of The Contract Is: Provision In 2024 Of Services Of Disinfection, Disinfestation, Thermal Disinfestation, Rodent Control, Cleaning Of Premises After Deceased Persons, Neutralization Of Insect Nests, Cleaning Of Attics, Vacant Premises And Other Rooms Polluted By Pigeons Or Other Bird Species, Including Flat Roofs For Height 0.5 M. 2. The Places Of Performance Of Services Will Be Each Time Specified/Indicated By The Ordering Party In Service Orders And Include Real Estate Managed By The Ordering Party, In Particular: A) Common Parts Of The Used Real Estate (Basements, Attics, Staircases); B) Residential And Commercial Premises In Municipal Properties And Community Properties; C) Sewage Wells And Sewage Pits Located In The Vicinity Of The Property; D) Other Places Not Indicated Above Managed By The Ordering Party. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
