Building Construction Work – Preparation Of Project Documentation And Implementation Of Goi Parts For The Implementation Of The Renovation Of The Old Power Plant - The Center Of The Future. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Design And Construction Services For The Renovation Of The Old Power Plant - Center Of The Future According To Fidic Contractual Provisions (Yellow Book). The Client Executes A Public Contract In The Part Of The Implementation Of Goi Works And Design Services, Which Are Related To The Phase Of Implementation Of Goi Works, Taking Into Account The Deferral Condition. One Of The Major Challenges Of The Valley Is Ensuring The Conditions For The Growth And Development Of Companies, Retaining Young Professionals In The Region, Updating Educational Programs And Creating New Jobs With Higher Added Value. One Of The Key Strategic Restructuring Projects With Which We Address The Above-Mentioned Challenges Is The Old Power Plant - Center Of The Future Project, Which Is Located In The Stara Elektrarna Facility. The Existing Facility, The Stara Elektrarna, Is In Poor Condition And Has Not Performed Its Original Function For More Than 50 Years. The Investor, The Municipality Of Velenje, Therefore Wants To Reconstruct And Add To The Existing Historical Building Of The Stara Elektrarna, Including The External Arrangements And Infrastructure, And Give It A New Function - A Business Facility (Incubator) With The Name Stara Elektrarna - Center Of The Future. The Planned New Function Of The Facility Will Be Dedicated To Economy, Supporting Environment For Economy And Education. Within The Area Of The Economy, Future Tenants Will Also Be Able To Perform Catering And Trade Activities To A Lesser Extent. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project, The Removal Of Parts Of The Existing Building, Reconstruction, Addition And Change Of Purpose Of The Building Are Foreseen. The Client Has Set Deadlines For The Completion Of The Works Under The Public Contract In Question, Tied To The Obligations He Has In The Context Of The Co-Financing Of The Project. The Contractor Must Plan The Activities In Such A Way That He Will Achieve The Following Set Deadlines: • It Is Necessary To Create A Conceptual Design Of The Project (Idz) For The Building And External Arrangement And Hand It Over To The Client Within 45 Days At The Latest. • At The Same Time As The Creation Of The Idz, The Activities Of The Creation Of The Dgd Should Run. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Application For The Issuance Of A Building Permit To The Competent Authority As Soon As Possible, Namely By Obtaining A Valid Building Permit By December 6, 2024 At The Latest. It Is Necessary To Make A Separate Pzi For Demolition, So That The Contractor Can Start The Demolition Work Immediately After Obtaining A Valid Building Permit. The Pzi For Demolition Must Be Handed Over To The Client Within 10 Days Of The Building Permit Becoming Final. The Entire Coordinated Pzi Must Be Handed Over To The Client No Later Than 60 Days After The Finality Of The Construction Permit. • The Contractor Must Fulfill The Conditions For The Issuance Of The Certificate Of Takeover No Later Than September 15, 2026. • The Contractor Must Obtain A Use Permit By The Investors Authorization No Later Than February 21, 2027. • The Certificate Of Execution Will Be Issued No Later Than 365 Days After The Issuance Of The Certificate Of Takeover.
