Subject Of The Order: The Investment Envisages The Construction Of An Indoor Swimming Pool With Land Development In The Scope Of: Reconstruction Of The Dn2000 Collector, Construction Of A Pedestrian Communication System, Internal Roads And Parking Lots Along With External Installations Of Storm Sewage, Sanitary Sewage, Water Supply, Fire Protection Water Supply, Green Water, Drainage, Storm Sewage Connection, Water Supply Connection For Domestic Purposes, Electricity Connection, Telecommunication Connection, Fire Protection Tank And Green Water Tank, As Well As Two External Slides And A Wooden Trellis. The Facilities Are Classified Into Categories Xv And Xxiv, Xxvi And Xxx. The Indoor Swimming Pool Building Will Provide Comfortable And Safe Access To The Functions Of The Public Swimming Pool Along With The Sauna Area For The Residents Of Piaseczno And The Region. The Designed Facility Meets All The Necessary Requirements Of The Polish Swimming Association And Fina Enabling The Organization Of Regional Sports Competitions. The Project Received: Approval Of The Construction Design For Compliance With Fina 2017-2021 Regulations And The Requirements Of The Polish Swimming Association No. Ki/10/07/21 Of 10/07/21. The Building Can Be Divided Into Several Functional Zones, The Basic Ones Being The Swimming Pool Zone, The Sauna Zone, The Administration Zone And The Technical And Auxiliary Room Zone. All Functions Of The Building Are Connected By The Entrance Hall With The Café Area. The Functioning Of The Building Is Aimed At Both Individual And Group Users (Families With Children, Training Of Sports Organizations, School Groups, Organization Of Competitions). Thanks To A Wide Utility Program, The Building Is Intended To Activate The Inhabitants Of Piaseczno And The Region, Regardless Of Their Age And Physical Condition. In Order To Enable The Organization Of Sports Competitions On The +1 Floor, An Auditorium For 288 People Was Designed, Which Will Allow For The Organization Of Regional Competitions, Which Are Important Both In The Context Of The Participants And Building Bonds Among The Local Community.
