The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Construction Supervision During Construction And Installation Works Under The Project: Rehabilitation Of Municipal Road Var 2131 - /Iii-2009, Devnya - Chernevo/ - Kipra, I-Vi Stage: From Km 0+000 To Km 0+873, Ii Stage: From Km 0+873 To Km 1+658, Financed Under Selection Procedure No. Bg06rdnp001-7.019 Under Sub-Measure 7.2 Investments In The Creation, Improvement Or Expansion Of All Types Of Small-Scale Infrastructure From The Rural Development Program For The Period 2014-2020. The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Investment Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut, As Well As For Those Resulting From Art. 178 Of The Zut, As Well As Other Applicable Provisions Of The Current Legislation. The Construction Supervision Is Carried Out Within The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of Zut, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of 05.02 .2015 On The Terms And Conditions For Placing Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And All Legal And By-Laws In The Field Of Construction In The Republic Of Bulgaria.
