Traffic Lights – Procurement Of The Varkaus Traffic Light Control And Monitoring System And Instrument Replacements. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Delivery And Maintenance Of The New Varkaus Traffic Light Control And Monitoring System As A Service, The Renewal Of Traffic Light Control Devices And Traffic Light Devices (Signals, Push Buttons, Sound Signals, Radar Detectors And/Or Background Plates) In Six (6) Locations Located On Highway 23. The Purchase Also Includes, As An Option, Instrument Changes In Four (4) And The Renewal Of Traffic Light Equipment In One Location On Relanderinkatu. The Acquired System Will Replace Varkaus Current Omnivue System, Which Is At The End Of Its Life Cycle. In Connection With The System Delivery Project, 5 Of The Customers Current Control Devices Will Be Connected To The Procured System. The Control Devices Of The Instrument Replacement Targets Are Connected To The System In Connection With The Instrument Replacements. If The Subscriber Does Not Use The Relanderinkatu Instrument Replacement Options, The Traffic Lights Of The Respective Junctions Will Not Be Connected To The System Or They Will Only Be Connected Later In Connection With The Instrument Replacements Ordered Separately By The Subscriber. The System Is Mainly Used By Varkaus Traffic Light Maintenance And Fintraffic Ties Traffic Light Experts. Companies Interested In Purchasing Have The Opportunity To Make Field Visits To Instrument Exchange Sites. Field Visits Are Organized Between March 18, 2024 And March 28, 2024 During Office Hours (8:00 A.M. To 3:30 P.M. Finnish Time). During Field Visits, The Purchasing Unit Does Not Answer Questions About The Purchase, But The Questions Must Be Sent In Accordance With The Terms Of This Request For Tender. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Procurement Of Goods Exceeding The Eu Threshold Of § 26 Of The Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements (1397/2016, Procurement Act). Procurement Is Carried Out Using An Open Procedure In Accordance With Section 32 Of The Procurement Act. Based On The Tender, One Supplier Of The Traffic Light Control And Monitoring System (Service Provider And/Or Supplier, Contractor In The Tender Documents) Will Be Selected For The Purchase, Who Will Also Be Responsible For Maintaining The System As Described In The Contract. The Service Providers Selection Criteria Are Described In This Call For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Contract Is Concluded On The Contract Attached To This Request For Tender. The Agreement Is Valid From The Moment It Is Signed And Is Valid Until Further Notice. The Contracts Normal Notice Period Is 12 Months, And The First Point Of Notice Is 24 Months After The System Has Been Approved For Production Use, I.E. From The Beginning Of The Service Phase. Termination And Demolition Rights In Different Situations Are Recorded In The Contract.
