The Name Stari Grad Sisak Refers To The Whole Consisting Of A Triangular Fort With Towers And An Area Towards The North (Terapijen) Framed By A Floor (Catering Facility) On One Side And An Indication Of The Wall On The Other Side, Which Are Connected To The Pentagonal Tower. The Triangular Fort Is Also Called Simply The Fort, And The Area In Front Of It To The North Is Called The Pre-Fort. The Museum Concept Treats Both Of These Two Parts Of The Complex As One And Inseparable Whole. Reconstruction Of The Fort And Pre-Fort Is Planned In Accordance With The Guidelines Issued By The Conservation Office In Sisak. The Building Will Be Connected To All The Necessary Infrastructure. After The Earthquake In December 2020, The Fortress And The Fort Were Inspected And Assessed As Temporarily Unusable, And The Need For A More Detailed Inspection And Implementation Of Emergency Measures (Repair Of The Cover And Temporary Stabilization Of The Masonry Filling Of The Floor) Was Established. Emergency Measures Are Planned For The Repair Of The Cover In Order To Prevent The Penetration Of Precipitation Into The Roof. A Detailed Inspection Revealed Critical Zones Where There Was Significant Damage To The Load-Bearing Structure And Non-Load-Bearing Partitions, The Damage Of Which Is Particularly Dangerous. The Arched Lintels Of The Entrance To The Towers, The Vaults In The Towers And The Connection Between The Towers And The Curtain, Most Notably The Southern Tower, Were Damaged. On The Last Floor, Partition Walls And A Brick Room Next To The Eastern Tower Were Damaged, Partially Collapsed And Significantly Deformed. The Wooden Structures Of The Last Floor Are Displaced From Their Original Position. In Addition, The Chimneys Collapsed And The Roof Was Exposed Around Them, And The Cover On The Rest Of The Surface Was Also Loosened. As For The Pentagonal Tower, There Was A Complete Collapse Of The Chimney Along The Southeast Facade, And Numerous New Cracks Appeared In The Areas Of The Lintels Of The Openings, While The Existing Cracks Widened.
