Not Limited To The Works Listed Below, But In Accordance With All Other Requirements Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Within The Offer Price, The Contractor Will Design And Perform The Following Construction Works: • Measurement Works Along With The Reconstruction Of The Boundaries Of The Road; • Topsoil Removal From The Work Area; • Strengthening The Ground To Obtain Appropriate Conditions For The Foundation Of The Pavement; • Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs Along With Grubbing Up Tree Trunks; • Execution Of Earthworks; • Demolition Of Road Elements And Culverts; • Reconstruction And Construction Of Exits; • Construction Of A Road Drainage System; • If Necessary, Install Road Safety Devices • If Necessary, Install Barriers To Protect Pedestrian And Bicycle Traffic; • Execution Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings; • Reconstruction Of Conflicting Devices And Networks Of Existing Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure: Telecommunications And Energy Devices, Water Supply Networks, Sewage Systems, Drainage And Hydrological Devices And Others, In Accordance With The Technical Conditions Provided By Their Owners; • Cleaning And Unblocking The Existing Drainage And Sewerage Facilities And Receivers To The Extent That Ensures Effective Drainage Of Water From The Road, • Compensatory Planting Of Trees And Shrubs; • Height Adjustment Of Foreign Weapons Elements; • Topsoiling The Area And Sowing It With Grass; • Securing Slopes And Constructing Retaining Walls; • Finishing And Cleaning Works; • Performing Authors Supervision; • If Necessary, Obtaining Consent To Conduct And Carry Out Archaeological Research, • Preparing Documents For An Application For An Occupancy Permit Or Reporting The Completion Of Works; • Preparation Of An As-Built Inventory; • After Completion Of The Works, Full Recultivation Of The Areas Occupied By Technical And Social Facilities, The Construction Site, Temporary Roads - Made For The Needs Of The Contractor And The Construction Site, And Any Other Areas Transformed By The Contractor; • Performing Repairs In The Scope Of Restoring Roads, Real Estate Used By The Contractor, Or Buildings Damaged As A Result Of The Contractors Activities To A Technical Condition No Worse Than Before The Commencement Of Construction; • Any Other Works That Prove Necessary For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Planned Road Investment Is Located Entirely In The Greater Poland Voivodeship, In Słupca County, In The Lądek Commune, In The Towns Of Policko, Ratyń, Ciążeń, Samarzewo. Construction Of An Internal Road In The Town Of Ciążeń Ul. Beach. A Road Section With A Minimum Length Of 102 M Should Be Designed And Built. A 4.00 M Wide Road Should Be Designed With 0.75 M Wide Shoulders On Both Sides. Additionally, A Passing Area Should Be Designed Near The Sewage Pumping Station, And At The End Of The Section A Square Should Be Designed To Allow For U-Turns. Drainage Is Planned As Surface Runoff To The Unpaved Area Within The Road. Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 433007P In The Town Of Policko. A Section Of A Class D Road With A Minimum Length Of 209 M Should Be Designed And Constructed. A 4.00 M Wide Road Should Be Designed With A Width Of Both Sides. 0.50 M. Reinforce The Left Edge Of The Road With A Curb 15X30x100 Cm Placed 1 Cm Below The Road Edge. Drainage Is Planned As Surface Runoff To The Unpaved Area Within The Road. Existing Slopes Of Excavations/Embankments Should Be Reinforced With Openwork Slabs Or Paved If Their Slope Is Greater Than 1:1.5. Construction Of An Internal Road In The Town Of Ratyń, Plot No. 308/9 Must Be Designed And Build A Road Section With A Minimum Length Of 486 M. Design A 4.00 M Wide Road With 0.75 M Wide Shoulders On Both Sides On The Left Side Of The Road And 0.50 M On The Right Side Of The Road. Drainage Is Planned As Surface Runoff To The Unpaved Area In Boundaries Of The Road. Additionally, At The Beginning Of The Section On The Northern Side Of The Intersection, A New Section Of Ditch With A Culvert Under The Road Should Be Constructed. The Roadside Ditch With Culverts Located Along The Internal Road In Plot No. 304/5, Ratyń District, Should Be Cleaned And Desilted On A Section Of Approximately 470 M. Reconstruction Of The Internal Road In The Town Of Samarzewo, Plot No. 22. A Road Section With A Minimum Length Of 431 M Should Be Designed And Built. Design A 4.00 M Wide Road With 0.50 M Wide Shoulders On Both Sides. Drainage Is Planned As Surface Runoff Onto The Roadsides. At The Beginning Of The Section, A Culvert Should Be Made Under The Road And The Ditch Should Be Cleaned And Desilted At A Distance Of Approximately 10 M From The Outlet. The Reconstruction Of The Exit Into An Internal Road Should Be Agreed With The District Road Administration In Słupca. The Surface At The End Of The Section Should Fit Into The Further Existing Course Of The Municipal Road In The Kołaczkowo Commune. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation, I.E. The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting An Annex To The Terms Of Reference. The Order Includes Execution Of All Parts Of The Order. : A Set Of Design And Cost Estimates, Execution Of Construction Works And Carrying Out Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works.
