According To The Specifications No. 4823/29.01.2024, Attached. The Beneficiarys Requirements Specify The Purpose, Scope, Design Requirements, As Well As Other Technical Criteria Regarding The Works. The Design And Execution Of The Works By The Contractor Will Comply With The Beneficiarys Requirements. Except In Cases Where Other Specifications Are Made, All Materials, Equipment, Machinery, Execution And Design Must Comply With: I. The Town Planning Certificate For These Works As Well As Other Specific Requirements From All The Notices/Agreements That Will Be Obtained; Ii. Environmental Agreement For These Works; Iii. List Of Standards Of Romanian Norms And Codes As Well As Foreign And European Norms In Force, According To The Provisions Of These Contractual Documents. If The Contractor Will Have To, Under The Beneficiarys Requirements, Obtain Approvals From An Institution, These Approvals Will Not Limit The Contractors Obligations According To The Contract, And If Any Errors, Omissions, Ambiguities, Inconsistent, Incoherent Are Found In The Contractors Documents, These, As Well As The Executed Works, Will Be Corrected At The Contractors Expense, Without Requiring Additional Costs To The Beneficiary.
