Architectural And Related Services – 1.39.1.2. Site Monitoring Support Mission On Blvd Lambermont. This Contract Concerns A Partial Mission Of Author Of An Architectural Project And Additional Services. The Project Consists Of: - Developing A Cycle Path/Cycle Street On The East Side Of Lambermont And General Wahis Boulevards And Cycle Crossings Up To The West Side For Certain Crossroads (Chazal, Héliotropes, E. Demolder) And Creation/Widening Of Some Central Masts. The Development Of The Street/Cycle Path Is Located Within The Territory Of The Municipality Of Schaerbeek. The Manager And Owner Of The Road Is Bruxelles Mobilité. - Create A Rain Garden And A Meeting Area Between Kennis Street And Britsiers Avenue; - Replace Public Lighting Along The Entire Axis And Create Plantations In Different Locations; - Redevelop The Sidewalks On The East Side Of Lambermont And General Wahis Boulevards; The Objective Of This Project Is To Improve Road Safety And Make Public Spaces More Pleasant. The Development Of Wahis And Lambermont Boulevards Will Make It Possible To Perpetuate The Cycle Paths Developed During The Pandemic. The Number Of Traffic Lanes Between Boulevard Léopold Iii And Rue Max Roos Will Be Reduced To Two. On The Side Of Even Buildings, This Will Free Up Space For A Side Road With A Sidewalk, A Two-Way Cycle Path/Cycle Street, Parking Spaces And A Green Berm To Separate The Main Road. The Separate Bi-Directional Cycle Facilities Will Connect To The Various Regional Cycle Routes. Depending On The Section, These Developments Will Take The Form Of A Separate Cycle Path Or A Cycle Street. Pedestrians Will Have A Completely Redeveloped And Clearly Demarcated Sidewalk. Traffic Islands And Widening Of Sidewalks Will Allow Them To Cross Safely. Road Safety Will Be Improved At The Intersections Between Boulevard Lambermont And Rue Max Roos And Between Avenues Demolder And Sleeckx. In Particular, There Will Be A New Bus Stop, Accessible To Prms, At 314, On The Boulevard. In Accordance With Amendment 15 Of The Beliris Cooperation Agreement, Brussels Mobility Is Responsible For The Project Management In The Study Phase Until The Planning Permit Is Obtained, Including The Production Of The Execution File. (Award, Plans, Specifications) And Beliris Resumes The Rest Of The Study With A View To Awarding The Works Contract. The Purpose Of This Contract Concerns The Resumption And Monitoring Of The Study Concerning The Development Of Boulevard Lambermont. The Project Author Of This Study Is Bruxelles Mobilité. The Mission Includes The Following Phases: - Familiarization, Rereading And, Where Applicable, Adaptation Of The Award File And In-Depth Analysis Of The Documents Made Available; - Assistance With The Analysis Of Offers; - Assistance With Works Management; - Collaboration In The Control Of The Final Statement And Control Of As-Built Plans; -
