The Ordering Party Requires The Offer Of A Brand New Type C Road Ambulance, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2024, With A Medical Part, Meeting The Requirements Of Pn-En 1789 Or Equivalent, Pn-En 1865-2 Or Equivalent, Pn-En 1865-3 Or Equivalent, Pn -En 1865-5 Or Equivalent. 3. The Ambulance Must Have Brand New Equipment, Free From Defects, Covered By The Vehicle Manufacturers Warranty, Meeting The Requirements Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1047, As Amended), Regulations Of The Minister Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2022, As Amended), Applicable Standards Pn-En 1789 Or Equivalent For Means Of Road Transport Type C, And Pn-En 1865 Or Equivalent (Requirements For Stretchers And Loading System For Patient Transfer Used In Road Ambulances) Or Equivalent Standards. 4. The Ambulance Must Have An Approval Certificate For The Completed Vehicle (Base Car With Medical Equipment), Issued In Accordance With The Act Of April 14, 2023 On Vehicle Approval Systems And Their Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 919, As Amended). .), Test Summary And Certificate Of Conformity In Accordance With Pn-En 1789 Or Equivalent. The Approval Of The Offered Ambulance Must Enable Registration In Poland. 5. The Offered Medical Products Covered By The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 974, As Amended). 6. Warranty Requirements: The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee For The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Following Minimum Warranty Periods Are Required, Counted From The Date The Parties Sign The Handover Protocol: 1. Mechanical Warranty For The Base Vehicle - Min. 24 Months Without Mileage Limit; 2. Warranty For Paint Coatings – Minimum 36 Months; 3. Warranty For Medical Buildings - Min. 36 Months; 4. Warranty For Medical Equipment (Equipment And Devices) – 24 Months; 5. Warranty Against Corrosion Perforation Of Body Elements - Min. 120 Months All Warranty Repairs And Inspections Regarding The Vehicle (Including Medical Equipment) And Other Equipment Constituting The Vehicles Equipment During The Warranty Period Will Be Made At The Contractors Expense. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Above-Mentioned. Activities At Its Own Expense And Own Efforts, Including Collecting And Delivering The Vehicle And Equipment To The Place Of Repair Or Inspection And Returning It To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. Completion Of Reported Defects And Warranty Repairs During The Warranty Period - Maximum Within 72 Hours Of Reporting
