Lighting Systems - Delivery, Installation And Dismantling Of Lighting Fixtures, Res Lighting Fixtures, Control System, Panels And Consoles, Part Of The External Artificial Lighting System In The Municipality Of Montana Under The Project: Energy-Efficient Street Lighting Systems In The City Of Montana. The Main Goal Is To Increase Energy Efficiency Through Technological Renewal And Modernization Of The External Artificial Lighting System And To Improve The Living Conditions Of The Population. Specific Objectives: 1. Reduction Of Energy Consumption By Introducing Energy-Efficient External Artificial Lighting; 2. Improving The Living Conditions Of The Population, Strengthening The Bilateral Relations Between The Donor Countries And The Beneficiary Countries. The Horizontal Principles: - Respect For Human Dignity, Freedom, Democracy, Equality, The Rule Of Law And Respect For Human Rights, Including The Rights Of Persons Belonging To Minorities - During The Implementation Of The Project, No Restrictions Will Be Imposed On The Team For The Implementation Of The Project Activities, As Well As The Selected Contractors Or Interested Parties Restrictions Regarding Both Their Race, Ethnicity And/Or Personal Beliefs, As Well As Regarding Gender, Religious Or Political Beliefs; - Good Management - Participation And Inclusion Of All Interested Parties In The Various Phases Of Project Development And Implementation; -Sustainable Development, Long-Term Economic Growth, Social Cohesion And Environmental Protection - Include Only Activities And Costs Directly Leading To Energy Efficiency, Environmental Protection (By Reducing Carbon Emissions) And Improving The Living Conditions Of The Population. The Project Will Be Implemented In Compliance With The Principle Of Doing No Significant Harm. The Project Will Lead To The Achievement Of No Less Than 30% Energy Savings As A Result Of The Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures, Proven By An Evaluation Report On The Results Of Implemented Energy Efficiency Measures. The Technical Specification Should Be Considered As An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Conducting The Public Procurement, The Terms Of The Contract And The Bill Of Quantities. The Project Solution Covers The Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures And The Construction Of A Street Lighting Management And Control System. The Scope Of The Project Does Not Include Construction Of A New And Replacement Of Existing Cable And Overhead Network, As Well As Complete Replacement Of Poles And Consoles. It Is Planned To Replace The Existing Lighting Fixtures Within The Scope Of The Project With Energy Efficient Led Lighting Fixtures. In Fulfillment Of The Public Contract Assigned To Him, The Contractor Should Carry Out The Activities Described In Detail, According To The Ccc Model, The Technical Specification And The Annexes To This Procedure.
