Steel Radiators, Under The Project For Cleaner Air In The Municipality Of Pernik, By Replacing Solid Fuel Heating Devices With Ecological Alternatives Financed Under Procedure No. Bg16ffpr002-5.002 For Cleaner Air!(2) Under Priority 5 Air Of The Environment Program 2021-2027.
Framework Agreement For Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Warranty Service Of Alternative Heating Devices For Domestic Heating, Incl. Steel Radiators, Under The Project For Cleaner Air In The Municipality Of Pernik, By Replacing Solid Fuel Heating Devices With Ecological Alternatives Financed Under Procedure No. Bg16ffpr002-5.002 For Cleaner Air!(2) Under Priority 5 Air Of The Environment Program 2021-2027. In Three Separate Positions: Separate Item No. 1 Electric Heating Devices Separate Item No. 2 Heating Devices Of Pellets Or Other Type Of Wood Biomass Separate Item No. 3 Steel Panel Radiators Participants Can Submit An Offer For One, Several Or All Individual Positions. The Offer Should Be Consistent With The Full Volume Of Delivery And Services For The Respective Individual Position For Which It Is Submitted. The Object Of The Order Is Delivery Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Zop. The Minimum Technical And Functional Parameters Of The Heating Devices For Domestic Heating And Radiators To Be Delivered (Which Is Applicable Under The Respective Separate Item), The Conditions And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Individual Activities Included In The Subject Scope Of Each Separate Item Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specifications – An Integral Part Of The Documentation. At The Time Of The Announcement Of The Public Procurement, No Funding Has Been Secured. Therefore, The Present Procedure Is Announced And Conducted In The Hypothesis Of Article 114 Of The Civil Code. In Accordance With The Statutory Requirement, The Draft Contract Contains Clauses For Postponement Of The Implementation After Securing The Necessary Financial Resources Under The Environment Program 2021-2027 And On The Condition That The Municipality Of Pernik Concludes A Relevant Contract(S) For Targeted Financing Of A Project Under Procedure No. Bg16ffpr002-5.002 For Cleaner Air! Under Priority 5 Air Of The Environment Program 2021-2027, About Which The Contractor Will Be Notified With A Letter Of Award.
