Tenders are invited for Construction of a Pump House, Pipeline and 150kl Water Tank at Machabee. Subject: PUC will undertake the construction of a pump house, pipeline and 150KL water tank at Machabee in order to supply water to the locals in the area. The Works will comprise of the following 1. Excavation and backfilling works 2. Pipelaying works 3. Concrete and asphalt cutting works 4. Reinstatement works 5. Construction of pumphouse 6. Construction of 150KL water tank 7. Pressure testing Collection of tender: Tender dossier can be obtained from the Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 500.00 each as from Monday 04th March 2024 to Tuesday 12th March 2024 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs. All interested Bidders should provide a copy of their valid license, a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2024 and are allowed to inspect the document before purchasing the document. Pre-Bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled to take place on Wednesday 20th March 2024 at 10:00hrs at PUC Conference Room, Electricity House, Roche Caiman Site-Visit: A site visit will be held on the project site on Wednesday 20th March 2024 after the pre-bid meeting. Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit will be disqualified in the evaluation process.
