A) Participation Competition In An Upstream Application Process, Companies Express Their Interest In Taking Part In The Process And, Among Other Things, Provide The Required References. All Necessary/Required Evidence And Self-Declarations Must Be Enclosed With The Application. The Client Only Provides For A Subsequent Request For Missing Explanations Or Evidence In Accordance With Section 56 Paragraph 2 Vgv If Fewer Than 5 Applicants Meet The Admission Requirements.
