The Ag Plans To Demolish The Existing, Former Caretakers House, Which Is Now Used As A Pedagogical Center, And Replace It With A New Building For 6 Classes In Order To Cover The Increased Space Requirements Due To The Reintroduction Of G8 To G9. In Order To Ensure The Connection To The School, A Bridge-Shaped Transfer To The Existing Building Is Planned. The Scope Of The Planning Services For The Measure Includes The Planning And Monitoring Of The Expansion Or New Construction Of Fully Functional And Approved Building Parts. First, The Service Phases 1 (Basic Determination) To 4 (Approval Planning) Are Commissioned Step By Step. The Client Reserves The Right To Commission The Further Service Phases 5 To 6. The Property Planning Includes At Least The “Basic Services” Of The Structural Planning Management Plan Within The Meaning Of Appendix 14, Number 14.1, To § 51 Hoai. The Consent Of The Client Must Be Obtained In Advance For The Provision Of “Special Services”. The Contractor Is Required To Make Suggestions That Lead To Simplification And Improvement And/Or Cost Reduction. The Preliminary Cost Estimates For The Expansion Or New Building Amount To €2,506,500.00 Net. The Cost Estimates Were Made For Kg 200 To 700 Without Involving Specialist Planners Or Soil Reports. The Kg 300 Is Expected To Account For €1,391,000.00 Net And The Kg 400 Is Expected To Account For €469,300.00 Net.
