Repair And Maintenance Services Of Boilers - Construction Of A New Steam Boiler Of The Ol49-69 Locomotive In Accordance With Tdt Regulations And Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Transport Technical Supervision In Poland. The Order Concerns The Entire Construction Of A New Steam Locomotive Boiler For The Ol49 Series Steam Locomotive. The Newly Built Boiler Is To Be Made On The Basis Of Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Approved For Production By The Transport Technical Supervision In Poland. The Final Performance Of The Service Will Be Deemed To Be The Approval For Operation Of The Steam Locomotive Boiler Based On The Tdt Test - Hot Test After Installing The Boiler On The Steam Locomotive Base In The Wolsztyn Locomotive Depot. The Technical Specification Of The New Boiler Must Specify Boiler Parameters Not Worse Than Those Of The Original Boiler For The Ol49 Steam Locomotive Produced By Sosnowieckie Zakłady Budowy Kotłów In Sosnowiec In 1951-1954. The Newly Built Boiler Is To Be Constructed By Welding Or Riveting From Bent, Forged, Pressed And Prefabricated Elements. The External Dimensions Of The Boiler Must Correspond To The Dimensions Of The Original Boiler From The Ol49 Steam Locomotive (A Minimal Change In Dimensions Is Allowed Due To The Specificity Of The Boiler Production Process). A Change In The Weight Of The Newly Built Boiler Compared To The Original One Is Acceptable. The Newly Built Boiler Is To Have All Holes, Flanges, Cleaning Plugs, Cleanouts And Inspection Holes In The Same Places As In The Original Boiler From The Ol49 Steam Locomotive. The Model For The Construction Of A New Boiler Is The Boiler Currently Installed On The Ol49-69 Locomotive, Built In 1954, With Factory Number 13333 By Sosnowieckie Zakłady Budowy Kotłów In Sosnowiec. Currently, The Locomotive Is Located In The Repair Hall Of The Wolsztyn Locomotive Depot In Wolsztyn At 1 Fabryczna Street, It Can Be Inspected And Measured On Site At The Date Agreed With The Ordering Party. The New Boiler Is To Be Equipped With Pipes (Fire Tubes, Flame Tubes), Three Fusible Plugs And Three Circulation Pipes. The Production Of The New Boiler Includes The Construction Of A New Steam Superheater With 38 Superheater Elements, And A Completely Equipped Smoke Box; The Smoke Box Door, Just Like In The Original Factory Boiler, Is To Have An Embossment In The Middle To Stiffen Its Structure. In Addition To The Newly Built Boiler, The Contractor Will Install One New Test Cock On The Door Wall Of The Stand, One Shut-Off Valve With A Connector For A Control Pressure Gauge And A Boiler Pressure Gauge, Two New Complete Klinger Type Water Gauges, Regeneration Of The Damper, Construction Of A New Steam Distribution Column With New Valves. The Boiler Does Not Include The Production Of: The Furnace Grate, The Ash Pan, The Furnace Vault Made Of Refractory Material, The Furnace Door, Two Drain Valves, Two Safety Valves, Two Boiler Valves, The Chimney, The Outlet Nozzle, The Boiler Lagging, And The Whistle. Technical Data Of The Boiler: Permissible Working Pressure In The Boiler - 16 Kg/Cm² Grate Area - 3.7 M² Grate Dimensions 2.420 M X 1.532 M Heating Area Of The Fire Box - 16.7 M² Distance Between Tube Sheets 4815 Mm Number Of Flame Tubes - 107 Pcs Dimensions Of Flame Tubes ( Outer Diameter/Wall Thickness) – 51Mm/2.5Mm Number Of Flame Tubes – 38 Pcs.
