Transformer Substation – Refurbishment Of The 110 Kv Timișoara Station And Transition To The 400 Kv Voltage Of The Portile De Fier - Anina - Resita - Timișoara - Săcălaz - Arad Axis, Stage Ii: 400 Kv Timișoara Station. The Renovation Works And Transition To The 400 Kv Voltage For The Timișoara Station Will Be Purchased Through A Single Contract Under Which The Bidder Must Provide All The Products, Works And Services Necessary To Carry Out The Investment, Namely: 1) The Design Will Consist Of The Development Of The Following Phases: Technical Project (Adaptation Of The Technical Project In Accordance With The Equipment In The Supply) For The Timișoara Station, Including The Implementation Of The New Telecommunications/Teleprotection Equipment In The Existing 400 Kv And 220 Kv Installations In The Adjacent Stations (The 400 Kv Arad And Reșita Stations, Respectively) The 220 Kv Mintia Station) And From Ctsi, Den/Det, Omepa Bucharest, Sesmlm Omepa Timișoara, Execution Details And As-Built. 2) Preparation Of Engineering Documentation; 3) Procurement Of Equipment And Materials And Ensuring Their Transport To The Assembly Site, Necessary For The Re-Engineering Of The 220/110 Kv Timișoara Station; 4) The Procurement Of Equipment And Materials For The Telecommunications/Teleprotection Installation, Necessary For Implementation In The Stations Adjacent To The Timișoara Station (The 400 Kv Arad And Reșita Stations Respectively And The 220 Kv Mintia Station) And From Ctsi, Den/Det, Omepa Bucharest, Sesmlm Omepa Timișoara, Including The Additional Equipment, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Section S6 For Their Integration Into The Existing Protection Installations. All Equipment And Materials Delivered Under The Contract Will Have Superior Functional And Maintenance Technical Characteristics And Will Be State-Of-The-Art. 5) Obtaining All The Approvals, Approvals, Approvals, Authorizations And Licenses Necessary To Ensure The Transport Of The Equipment And To Carry Out The Work In Accordance With The Requirements Of Romanian Legislation, Including Dtad; 6) Site Organization (Including The Preparation Of Dtoe Documentation) And Obtaining The Building Authorization For It; 7) Preparation Of The Demolition Project; 8) Execution Of Dismantling/Demolition Works Of Construction Elements And Dismantling Of Equipment From The Existing 220Kv And 110Kv Stations; 9) Execution Of New Construction Works - Installation; 10) The Execution Of New Assembly And Integration Works In The Circuits Of The Adjacent Stations (The 400 Kv Arad And Reșita Stations And The 220 Kv Mintia Station) And From Ctsi, Den/Det, Omepa Bucharest, Sesmlm Omepa Timișoara Of Telecommunications/Teleprotection Equipment And Those To Complete; 11) Restoration Of Access Ways Damaged During Execution; 12) Carrying Out Tests (Fat, Pre-Sat, Sat And Pif) For The Equipment And Installations In The Timișoara Station; 13) Parameterization And Setting Of Equipment And Systems (These Activities Will Preferably Be Carried Out By The Suppliers Of The Equipment And Systems); 14) Commissioning Of The 400/220/110 Kv Timișoara Station; 15) Elaboration Of The Construction Technical Book; 16) Preparation Of Geotechnical Documentation; 17) Elaboration Of Documentation T
