These Bidding Rules Guide, Establish And Determine The Rules And Procedures By Which Natural And Legal Persons Interested In Participating In The Call For Public Proposals For The Acquisition Of Amphothericin B Liposomal, For Patients Of The Dr. Hernán Henríquez Aravena Hospital, Must Be Governed. Hereinafter: “The Hospital”. These Bases Refer To The Conditions And Technical Characteristics Required For The Acquisition Of Macrolides And Lincosamides, Hereinafter “The Medicine”, For A Validity Of Twenty-Four 24 Months. The Acquisition Of The Required Medications Through The Cenabast Supply Center Will Be Activated Whenever Non-Compliance Occurs. These Will Be Supplied To The Patients Of The Health Facility, All In Accordance With The 2024 Pac Purchasing And Contracting Plan, Administrative And Technical Bases, Technical Requirements, Detailed In Annex No. 2 And Other Annexes That Constitute The Aforementioned Call For Bids.
