It Is 71 Km Long, Has A Double Track With A Gauge Of 1668 Mm For Passengers And A Maximum Speed Of 300 Km/H, Aiming For A Direct Journey Time To Portolisboa Close To 1H15. It Includes A Road-Rail Bridge Over The Douro, Connections To The Northern Line, In Canelas, 17 Km Long, The Adaptation Of Campanhã Station, A New Station In Santo Ovídio, Vila Nova De Gaia, Underground, And A Substation In Estarreja. Does Not Include Maintenance Of The Passenger Building, Interface And Parking Of Campanhã And Santo Ovídio Stations, The Track And Catenary Of Campanhã Station, The Non-Structural Parts Of The Road Deck Of The Bridge Over The Douro And The Amvs To Be Installed On The Northern Line , Which Are Transferred To Ip Upon Receipt. The Work Included In The Contract Will Be The Subject Of Application For The 2023 Call Of The Connecting Europe Facility For Transport 2 (Cef 2) Program. The Values Proposed By Competitors In Their Respective Remuneration Proposals Cannot Lead To The Calculation Of A Npv, Updated To December 2023, Greater Than 1,661,364,717.55 Eur. For The Purposes Of The Grantors Total Charge, A Maximum Amount Of Eur 480,000,000 Is Added To This Amount, Expressed At Current Prices, Corresponding To Public Funds In The Development Phase.
