This Announcement Serves To Conclude Agreements On The Active Ingredient “Atovaquone, Dosage Form: Sue (Atc Code: P01ax06)” With Pharmaceutical Companies Within The Meaning Of Section 130A Paragraph 8 Sentence 1 Of The Social Security Code, Book Five (Sgb V) (Discount Contracts). According To Section 130A Paragraph 8 Sentence 1 Sgb V, The Invitation To Participate Is Only Directed At Pharmaceutical Companies Entrepreneurs Or Employee Groups Of Pharmaceutical Companies In This Sense Of Section 4 Paragraph 18 Of The Medicines Act (Amg). It Is Not An Open One Procedure, But Rather A Publication Of The Invitation To Conclude/Join From/To Discount Contracts With Fixed And Non-Negotiable Agreements For All Participants Conditions Including The Amount Of The Discount. The Corresponding Information Under The Point 2.1 “Type Of Procedure” Is Only Due To The System Of This Form. Contractual Partner There Is No Limit To The Number Of Pharmaceutical Companies Or Employee Associations Become A Pharmaceutical Entrepreneur Within The Meaning Of Section 4 Paragraph 18 Of The Medicines Act (Amg). The Information Under Point 5.1.10 “Award Criterion” Is The Systematics Of This Publication Form Owed. The Contract Is Concluded Or Joined By Completing The Required Completed Self-Declarations Or Evidence As Well As The Contract Or Contracts Either: A) Signed By Hand (Written Form According To § 126 Bgb) By Post Or B) With Provided With A Qualified Electronic Signature (§ 126A Bgb) And Sent To Kbs By Email To Openhouse.Verkaufvertrag2024-01@Kbs.De. The Earliest Contract Start Date Is March 1, 2024, Provided That Contract And The Required Declarations Or Evidence By February 5Th, 2024 At The Latest Received From The Kbs. The Contract Begins On The 1St Of Each Month To The Month Of Receipt Of The Contract And The Required Declarations Or Evidence At The Kbs Follows, Provided That It Is Received By The 5Th Of Each Month; Otherwise The 1St Of The Month After Next.
