1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Two Brand New Cars With Electric Drive And A Panel Van Body. 2. The Contractor Will Deliver The Purchased Vehicles To The Ordering Party To The City Cleaning Plant, Located In Legnica (59-220) At Ul. Nowodworska 48. 3. On The Day Of Delivery Of The Vehicles, The Contractor Should Provide The Ordering Party With Appropriate Documentation Regarding These Vehicles, I.E.: 1) Technical Documentation In Polish For The Complete Vehicle With Devices, 2) Owners Manual In Polish For The Complete Vehicle With Devices, 3 )Warranty And Service Book In Polish, 4)Complete Documentation Allowing For Vehicle Registration In Accordance With Applicable Law. 5) Spare Parts Catalogue. 4. Terms Of Warranty And Vehicle Service: 1) The Warranty Period For Vehicles That The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide To The Ordering Party Begins For Each Vehicle From The Date Of Its Issue (Delivery) After Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol By Authorized Representatives Of The Parties And Amounts To: A) 24 Months Excluding The Power Source, B)60 Months For The Power Source (Battery). 2) Other Provisions Regarding Warranty And Service Are Included In The Contract Template No. Nzp/To/13/2023. 5. The Contractor Should Provide Free Training To The Ordering Partys Employees In The Field Of Vehicle Maintenance And Operation, In Particular In The Field Of Proper Battery Charging, Which Will Be Confirmed By The Issuance Of Appropriate Certificates. The Total Number Of The Ordering Partys Employees Participating In The Training Will Not Exceed 4 People. 6. All Products Specified In This Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) From Specific Contractors Specify Only The Minimum Technical, Quality And Operational Parameters That They Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. The Contractor May Offer A Different Product Model, But It Must Be Qualitatively Equivalent To That Specified In The Opz. This Means That The Contractor May Offer Products With Properties That Are The Same Or Similar To Those Of The Specific Products Indicated In The Opz, But Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or Characterized By Another Specific Process. An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Has The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As The Specific Product Indicated In The Opz, But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of An Equivalent Product Cannot Be Inferior To The Quality Specified In The Opz. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Opz Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Vehicle/Vehicles He Offers Meets/Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
